I wish I had read these reviews. I’m still in pain nearly 2 months after the cleaning and fillings (which I’m now wondering if I even needed). The dentist seemed aloof to my pain. When I said I had never had a cleaning hurt that bad, he took it personally instead of investigating and providing a solution. The dental assistant also burned me with her tool by using the napkin around my neck to wipe paste off on. Wish I had driven the 15 minutes to the arapahoe location. Everything about my experience at Comfort Dental was very good. The dentist, hygienist, and the woman working the front desk were helpful, professional, and friendly. The facility is nice but not "luxurious". Someone has to pay for expensive decorating, and ultimately, that someone is the patient. This is how dentistry should be practiced. I have recommended Comfort Dental to my wife.
The staff at Comfort Dental has totally relieved my anxiety. I had a bad experience with a dentist that left me traumatized and with panic attacks. Since I have been with Dr. Philpot, him and his staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, explain every procedure and have enormous amounts of patience. The front desk is extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. I am thankful that I finally found a dentist that is caring and professional.
The entire staff is absolutely wonderful, respectful and professional. They really listen to your needs and concerns regarding your dental care. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. A particular shout out to staff member Kat for truly going above and beyond. I will definitely be a return client and refer all my friends.
I went to this office for the first time back in September. I was told by Dr. Philpott that I needed 12 cavities filled, which now seems extremely unlikely given my dental history and how well I care for my teeth. I trusted them at the time, and felt pressured to get them done, so I agreed to have all 12 done at that visit. Dr. Philpott did not examine my mouth before diagnosing me.
