Not sure about the negative reviews… I’ve been working with Dr. Italia and have nothing but nice things to say about him or the staff. Standard cleaning and fillings… 10/10 would recommend… I’ve been to a lot of dentists. Nothing un-needed is recommended. Not pushy at all and more then fair prices I would say.
I am extremely unsatisfied with the treatment and service I received at your clinic during my appointments for cleaning and fillings in 2021. Not to mention I was pregnant. During my visit, the tip of my left canine cuspid was chipped while work was being performed. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was informed that my X-rays would be reviewed to determine if the damage was pre-existing. Everything about my experience at Comfort Dental was very good. The dentist, hygienist, and the woman working the front desk were helpful, professional, and friendly. The facility is nice but not "luxurious". Someone has to pay for expensive decorating, and ultimately, that someone is the patient. This is how dentistry should be practiced. I have recommended Comfort Dental to my wife.
The entire staff is absolutely wonderful, respectful and professional. They really listen to your needs and concerns regarding your dental care. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable. A particular shout out to staff member Kat for truly going above and beyond. I will definitely be a return client and refer all my friends.
The staff at Comfort Dental has totally relieved my anxiety. I had a bad experience with a dentist that left me traumatized and with panic attacks. Since I have been with Dr. Philpot, him and his staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, explain every procedure and have enormous amounts of patience. The front desk is extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. I am thankful that I finally found a dentist that is caring and professional.
