Very disappointing service for my daughter’s appointment. Dr. at this comfort Dental Braces took a long time for the braces treatment, did not do the job correctly, and then asked for additional payments and extra charges only from retainer $300. Which is include in agreement. I never received the proper documents or receipts. The reasons for asking for more money were not convincing at all. I am very disappointed as the service was not delivered as promised. I would strongly advise others to avoid them.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but this needs to be said. I would not recommend Comfort Kids at all. My experience with the current management has been very disappointing. The office manager was rude, unprofessional, and acted very immature. What really crossed the line was the language staff were cussing, which is completely unacceptable in a professional setting, especially in a place meant for kids. i’m so excited to start my braces journey!! all the staff has been so sweet & kind during my treatment!
Unfortunately this location has training issues with their staff because we (family) were never told that if a cavity feeling gets done at this location, they will fix the retainer? Since we weren't told that, and went to a closer location dor the feeling, they wouldn't fix the retainer and wanted me to buy a new one $450.00 This particular location fails to disclose vital information and will NOT help you fix (re-mold) retainers, they just want you to buy new ones. Worst place to get your dental work done. The staffs are Worth less fighting with the 14 year-old instead of talking to an adult about them canceling her appointment very unprofessional. They cancel appointments when you get there they charge you money that you don’t Owe because they have it in different files. They’re very unprofessional very disappointed I should’ve looked up The reviews before I took my daughter and Recommended my sister 👎👎👎
