I wish I had not chosen this place for my braces treatment. I’ve only been a patient here for about three months, and I still have over a year left on my contract, possibly even two years. While I’ve had a few good experiences, I feel it’s important to leave an honest review about the communication issues I’ve experienced so far. Very disappointing service for my daughter’s appointment. Dr. at this comfort Dental Braces took a long time for the braces treatment, did not do the job correctly, and then asked for additional payments and extra charges only from retainer $300. Which is include in agreement. I never received the proper documents or receipts. The reasons for asking for more money were not convincing at all. I am very disappointed as the service was not delivered as promised. I would strongly advise others to avoid them.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this needs to be said. I would not recommend Comfort Kids at all. My experience with the current management has been very disappointing. The office manager was rude, unprofessional, and acted very immature. What really crossed the line was the language staff were cussing, which is completely unacceptable in a professional setting, especially in a place meant for kids. Unfortunately this location has training issues with their staff because we (family) were never told that if a cavity feeling gets done at this location, they will fix the retainer? Since we weren't told that, and went to a closer location dor the feeling, they wouldn't fix the retainer and wanted me to buy a new one $450.00 This particular location fails to disclose vital information and will NOT help you fix (re-mold) retainers, they just want you to buy new ones.
