Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Dr's and nurses were so kind, patient and informative. They made sure all my needs were met. And didn't rush anything, including letting me take my time leaving. It was a positive experience.
Amazing service! Although I was early for my scheduled appointment at 8:30 AM this morning, the office staff was quick to check me in and had me seated in an exam room fast. My dentist Nick was very nice and professional. I wish I remembered the dental assistant's name, but she was so quick to take all of the needed X-rays. Glad I found this office, we'll definitely be back again soon.
I recently took my daughter to Dr. Winslow for a root canal, and I can’t say enough about what an amazing experience it was! Dr. Winslow was incredibly gentle, professional, and patient, explaining every step of the procedure to my daughter in a way that calmed her nerves. The treatment was painless, and Dr. Winslow’s skill and care truly shone through. My daughter left the office smiling, which is no small feat after a root canal! If I could leave 0 stars regarding this business I would, but I’ll justify the 1 Star for the very kind and informative dental assistant (Alexis). Dr Chad and the front desk personnel were beyond unprofessional during my experience. I was charged a fee, I went back for my appointment, at the end I was surprised with an added fee of which of the front desk lady had told me was not going to be charged because she had looked into a new patient discount for me (after I had asked if they do anything off for healthcare workers, wh... read more
Had a great experience here. Docs and staff were friendly, skilled and explained everything thoroughly, including aftercare instructions. Good payment options. I’m sure I’m not alone when I say that I dislike going to the dentist, but if I need more work or for future cleanings I will return here.
