Dr. Luong was very genuine and concerned about my comfort through both my exam and extractions. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and upbeat. The assistants, Alexis and Art were very personable and able to joke around with me and my husband to ease my tension. Very pleased with how there was ZERO shaming or feelings of guilt around my dental health which has been a HUGE problem in the past with other providers. Definitely sticking to this location and team.
Everyone is always friendly & welcoming. I appreciated filling my prescription so quickly B4 my appt. I've always remember to have the meds to take prior appt but I forgot. So thank you for refilling in a short notice. PATTY is always very kind & helpful!
I’m about to move to Texas and called Comfort Dental (North) yesterday and was able to get in within two hours. They always do a great job! I haven’t had a cavity since I can’t remember (Luckily, they found one yesterday though to fix before I leave). They’re always accommodating with my weird scheduling requirements and Everyone I have dealt with there has been very kind. I’m not going to like having to find a new dentist in Texas lol. I can only speak on this location but they are great.
I've had a great experience with Dr. Bishop and Troy. They're both friendly, professional, and make every visit feel comfortable. The office is always welcoming, and they take the time to explain everything without making you feel rushed. Definitely a dentist's office I feel good about coming back to.
Dr Bishop and "T" were awesome! I don't think I've EVER felt so at ease at ANY dental office for ANY procedure... Considering the PTSD I have suffered at the hands of aggressive dentists, this visit BY FAR was the most comfortable and relaxed I've ever experienced. Thank you Dr Nick Bishop AND "T" for making that happen, you're the best 😀 😁 😃 😀
