Went in for deep cleaning. I scheduled a new appointment with them-4 to 6 months later was when I should go i back in for a regular cleaning. Day of appointment, I show up and their internet is out and they had to reschedule. Now looking back I wonder why they were able to reschedule if there was no internet. 2nd appointment comes around and they left a message on voicemail that they have to move my appointment without asking me and THE DAY OF!! Dr. Luong was very genuine and concerned about my comfort through both my exam and extractions. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and upbeat. The assistants, Alexis and Art were very personable and able to joke around with me and my husband to ease my tension. Very pleased with how there was ZERO shaming or feelings of guilt around my dental health which has been a HUGE problem in the past with other providers. Definitely sticking to this location and team.
The staff was well experienced and kind. They handled a deep root canal that needed recovered along with a big filling on the same tooth. Saved a molar and I’m very happy! Bless those employees!!! Great Job!!!
Dr Bishop and "T" were awesome! I don't think I've EVER felt so at ease at ANY dental office for ANY procedure... Considering the PTSD I have suffered at the hands of aggressive dentists, this visit BY FAR was the most comfortable and relaxed I've ever experienced. Thank you Dr Nick Bishop AND "T" for making that happen, you're the best 😀 😁 😃 😀
I had a really rough procedure getting my teeth removed. Had some concerns with a staff member during my procedure. I placed a review. Since then the dentist has been in contact. Was apologetic about my experience. The staff I had a concern with. Came and talked with me. All in all. My concern has been validated and satisfied. I have agreed to continue my after care here.
