I have been going to Comfort Dental for years now. I've had an extraction, root canal, crowns, fillings, and cleanings. They have been outstanding! I see Dr. Doug Chisholm. He has never hurt me, and he performs my cleanings himself. They always let me know what my insurance will cover, and what I'll need to pay before starting a procedure. The staff at Comfort Dental are wonderful. Friendly & accommodating they always make you feel “taken care of “ on arrival & throughout your appointment. Dr. Mark & the techs are caring & gentle, every experience is as painless as possible. I have been happily satisfied with every visit.
I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed and dr. Mark is so nice and professional... while making sure I was always comfortable and explaining what he was doing and if I was OK with everything he was doing. Also asking if I needed a break after getting my 1st one removed. When I came in I thought my insurance would cover the deep cleaning and crown I needed, but I was wrong it would only cover one or the other. I had sticker shock and felt really awkward that I didn’t even have the $197?to start with the crown or 2 crowns that I need these will cost me $2000 which to me is a lot so I had to leave the appointment, it would have been better if I had been informed beforehand so I could make better choices .this was upsetting especially since I felt like (what you don’t have the money to cover i... read more
This office is extremely comfortable. I'm always greeted cheerfully and professionally. My questions are answered thoroughly, and the care is first-rate. I've noticed that this location is not on any of the TV ads for Comfort Dental; that doesn't seem to hurt, since there are constantly patients in the dental seats as well as in the lobby, waiting to be seen.
