They weren't very friendly. Didn't really say much to me just going through the motions. The Watkins guy said two words and then bounced. They told me what I had to do which was get a root canal and to called them when it's done. Well...I've been calling and calling with no response. So I've decided not to even waste my time and see if I can find a different dentistry that will actually respond.
The staff is very Nice and considerate and they don't get t upset on you ask questions. But the dental assistant and the dentist were absolutely amazing. They explained everything that was going to happen. They were very patient and like the staff they had no problem answering any questions a concerns that you had. The overall experience was really amazing and I would refer anyone to Comfort Dental.
It had been YEARS since my last dentist appointment, so I was so anxious and scared. I was immediately impressed at the caring nature of each staff member I interacted with. When I met with the dentist he was so nice, non-judgmental, and answered every question I came up with. I felt as good as I could feel at the dentist 😁 I highly recommend Comfort Dental Overland Park!
The only reason I give this 3 stars is because of the staff up front. They were very nice and respectful and even when training a new girly at the front she was also very kind and apologetic for any wait time I had. Dr Watkins however has burned a bridge with me. Not only did I wait an extended amount of time to see him Just to be told "sorry I just woke up from a nap" ... never in my life have I had any doctor say that to me. It’s always a wonderful experience there, and that’s difficult for me to say because I hate going to the dentist. But they make it so easy and keep me comfortable.
