My dental appointment has now been rescheduled 3 times. I have ti call them back and give them yet another date to come it, making me take off work as they do not have a late afternoon appointment within the next month no matter what day I choose. This us extremely disappointing as I really like CONFORT DENTAL. I have no idea when I can now get in for my teeth cleaning. I feel I will be forced to choose another Dentist as they can't fit me in..I am very disappointed.
We paid for costs upfront of what was supposed to be 492.50 for top immediate dentures , then 862.50 for the extractions on the top only. The dentist was to remove the teeth when the dentures came in , not only did the dentures take TWO months to come in , once they did the office didn't contact us only to find out the dentist took a mental health leave. They offered us a refund. We picked up the check and dentures only to find out they didn't bill insurance didn't even file a claim , the dentist is IN NETWORK , and so they ... read more
I paid to have my teeth removed i only wanted the top they ended up doing my bottom mold as well which I didn't ask for they charged me $1,200 , didn't pull my teeth gave me the denture even though I paid for extractions they didn't bill my insurance and kept a majority of the money and gave me the top denture the bottom mold (which i didn't even want done.) The receptionist on the braces side was very rude and unprofessional. I understand the dental office is trying to make some adjustments due to the sudden death of the Dentist but she was very rude telling me I have an outstanding balance of $700 which I’ve never missed an payment . When asked to check my payment history she wanted to go back and forth because she couldn’t answer my concerns it became a huge argument. Terrible customer service
Love the people at this place of dentistry. Wholesome environment. People there really care about others! I even got my parents to switch to this location. Safe feeling and professional environment, with unmatched expertise. I recommend to anyone and also very grateful to be a client. Keep rocking it! Thank you
