The dental care here is actually excellent but they almost always run late. I have a schedule to keep and don’t like to keep people waiting so I actually had to reschedule. This unfortunately is not the first time. A wait time up to 15 minutes is one thing but anything longer disrupts people’s schedules. There are doctor’s offices with signs telling patients if they’re later than 10 minutes they’ll have to reschedule- not a bad idea to implement.

Update: 3.20.25 Informed by 2 dentists The Bridge placement does not meet accepted dental procedures. Two other crowned teeth are considered failed with one, with active decay, One will require an implant due to the decay. The other may require an implant, depending on what is discovered once it is removed. The bridge will be eliminated. Insurance normally will not cover the cost of a replacement crown for five years. I am so happy that since I had to have my tooth extracted that I had it done here. Dr. C and Jeanette were wonderful and very caring. I was very comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend .

Comfort dental you have just lost a long time paitent because of this place! Do not recommend they will do work mess it up then refuse to fix what they screw up and claim your insurance isn't good even when your insurance says that it is still active. Had a filling done that came out had a crown done that broke within 2 day cause they said it was put on backwards then took them 4 other visits to correct that the filling is when the claims my insurance wasnt good anymore started. I came here after years of not visiting the dentist. I had broken a tooth and had some pretty severe pain. The entire staff was very kind, non-judgmental, and patient with me, since I do not like going to the dentist. They saw me as a walk in, quickly made a plan of action, and had me fixed up and on my way in a couple of hours. I've since had two more visits (and more to come), but I'm not longer afraid to visit the dentist. Highly recommended.
