So far I’ve seen 2 dentist and they both have made me feel very comfortable. I love their vibes and I don’t feel like I’m being duped for money. They are pretty straight forward and don’t come across like they just want to get paid. As a military spouse, who have lived in various states and seen so many different dentist over the past 20 years, I feel comfortable here.

I received excellent service and care. Everyone I interacted with—from the front desk to the back office, the hygienist, the assistant hygienist, and Dr. Rakov—was friendly, professional, and incredibly informative. I really appreciated how timely and thorough they all were. It made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

This is multiple times now where I show up for appointment and no one is here for my appointment. I had arrive and the receptionist did not even welcome me in she just told me to sign in and she was scrolling on her personal phone. I have received confirmation texts and I myself confirmed. I show up and they claim they have called and left voicemails to cancel my appointment. The dental care here is actually excellent but they almost always run late. I have a schedule to keep and don’t like to keep people waiting so I actually had to reschedule. This unfortunately is not the first time. A wait time up to 15 minutes is one thing but anything longer disrupts people’s schedules. There are doctor’s offices with signs telling patients if they’re later than 10 minutes they’ll have to reschedule- not a bad idea to implement.

Update: 3.20.25 Informed by 2 dentists The Bridge placement does not meet accepted dental procedures. Two other crowned teeth are considered failed with one, with active decay, One will require an implant due to the decay. The other may require an implant, depending on what is discovered once it is removed. The bridge will be eliminated. Insurance normally will not cover the cost of a replacement crown for five years.
