I had an infected tooth while pregnant and the staff at Comfort Dental helped me feel safe in my decisions towards treating it and ultimately extracting the tooth. The extraction procedure was handled with a lot of care and kindness. My teeth are stubborn with numbing and the dentist noticed my small behavioral cues and stopped to numb me more before continuing. I was a “walk in” with a porcelain crown that popped off. Was in the chair in 30 minutes. Dr. Chapman was extremely friendly & nice. Took the time to explain that the crown will probably not stay put, and I wasn’t charged for the cementing. My overall experience was awesome. I have 35 years experience working in the operating room. I can pretty much tell when Dr’s & staff aren’t “playing well” together, I got no such feeling…. Very friendly & professional. I wish I was better at remembering names so I can give kudos to the staff that worked with me. My dental assistant and dentist were very kind, efficient, and informative. I also greatly appreciate the dentist's flexibility with the issue that arose with insurance. If you are going to choose a Comfort Dental to go to in Pueblo, I highly recommend taking the trip to the south location!
Dr. Rose is an amazing dentist. I was so nervous going to see him due to previous bad experiences with dentists (lots of pain). His dental assistant is also awesome. Dr. Rose knows what he is doing; explained every step of the process and no pain (except for a shot in the roof of mouth but that was short and tolerable. I will go back to see him for future dental work. Thank you for changing my mind about going to the dentist!!
Best dental experience ever! I was brought back almost immediately. I’m a nervous dental patient, but the dentist immediately put me at ease. Everyone in the office was so kind. I would highly recommend the Comfort Dental Pueblo South office.
