Well worth the 3hr drive! I had a dead tooth and our local dentists were 2 months out. Showed up as walk in and within 15min I was taken in. Most friendly staff and Drs. 5 star service! Highly recommend. Will be a repeat customer! Thank you so much for all y’all do!
I set up an appointment with comfort dental and get the phone call to verify my appointment. I press one to verify and show up for my appointment the next day. They tell me they don't have me in their system and asked if I am at the right office. After showing them the verifying phone call they told me sorry we still can't see you. That's after I told them I drove an hour to get there. They asked me if I can come back next week. Why so you can do it to me again then? First visit today (after a bad experience at another dentist 1.5 years ago) and it went great. The hygienist (apologies, I didn't catch her name) and Dr. Bullen worked quickly and efficiently. I have periodontal disease and needed x-rays and an aggressive cleaning (I forget the term, but down to gumline but no anesthetic needed). They worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job. My first visit with them was awesome I got a bunch of xrays and they went over every single tooth. I got my appointment just got all the work that I needed. Two weeks later I got a letter from the insurance denying all of my work. I promptly call them and told the situation, I never got a an approval I called them numerous time about not yet getting an approval.
