I wish I was better at remembering names so I can give kudos to the staff that worked with me. My dental assistant and dentist were very kind, efficient, and informative. I also greatly appreciate the dentist's flexibility with the issue that arose with insurance. If you are going to choose a Comfort Dental to go to in Pueblo, I highly recommend taking the trip to the south location!
I was a “walk in” with a porcelain crown that popped off. Was in the chair in 30 minutes. Dr. Chapman was extremely friendly & nice. Took the time to explain that the crown will probably not stay put, and I wasn’t charged for the cementing. My overall experience was awesome. It was a great experience all around. The receptionist was nice . Jessie had done an amazing job on my x-rays!!! The dr. I saw did a really good job at keeping me comfortable throughout the whole process! The billing people were also great ! This is the best dental office I have been to !
Their name and reputation got me in. Consistent skill and care make the experience amazing. Most dependable reliable of any business i know. Very thankful Even saved enough money to purchase some necessities while in Pueblo. America needs to greatly improve access to services like education, dental and healthcare.
