Friendly and professional staff. Dr. “M” was great felt at ease with him and his staff. Had am apt. All evaluation done. Went to lunch and while eating my front tooth 3/4 broke off. I was close to the office stopped in to tell them what happened DR. “M” saw me with in 10 min after new x rays done. He gave me shots in my mouth that I never felt he was very gentle fixed me right up. They have an excellent gold plan that saves you 40%on dental work. My experience with comfort dental was amazing! No pain all my teeth were capped and I got partials. Doc was very proficient at his work. Every body that helped me was very pleasant to be around. All my questions were answered in detail. The doc referred me to an oral surgeon to get my teeth extracted and the surgeon he referred me to was remarkable as well. Thank you! It was definitely a comfortable experience that I was dreading for many years.thank you!
The doctor, & his nurse/assistant were both extremely pleasant, & informative. Doctor gave me a great plan to take care of my teeth issues. However the receptionist staff wasn't so nice, & welcoming. The front desk was ok, just really short, & then the follow-up appointment setter wasn't very nice at all. She pretended to be nice, & you could clearly tell that being nice or just overall pleasant was being forced out of her, which resulted in her giving off a very negative energy. Hopefully I don't have to see her again.
This was my second visit. There were a few X-rays taken. My teeth were cleaned and polished. We’re gonna keep an eye on what the dentist says is the start of a cavity. All together I was there 35 minutes. I have insurance through this office which is affordable. I’ll continue to come to this facility!
Dr Matt Chapman is thorough and takes time to explain the best treatment options that are effective but also best for long term and short term solutions. He fixed my front tooth that developed a cavity from a previous dentist that was never done properly. I feel more confident with my smile and 100% recommend him and all of the other dentists at this location!!
