Every staff person was so friendly and courteous. The atmosphere of the waiting room was quiet and comforting. I didn't have to wait long. Dr. Rose assistant was so kind. She was gracious and friendly. She was always explaining what she was going to do. The x-rays were done quickly. She really knows what she is doing. Dr. Rose came by to ask me questions. Very good experience! The dental assistant (Carmyn)that took care of me was very kind and answered all of my questions, since I was nervous about being at the dentist. The doctor (Dr.B)was also very kind and friendly. He told me step by step when it came to my treatment. Would definitely recommend the Southside Comfort Dental .
I totally hate going to the dentist and my Comfort Dental appointment was the best experience I had in my life. I look forward to going back and getting my broken teeth fixed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Rose made me feel confident in the care provided. I don't know the assistants name that took my X-rays but she was very professional and friendly. Thank you for providing the best dental experience I have had in my life.
The place was great until after I had my teeth pulled and made a follow up appointment to make sure things were healing correctly. My appointment was scheduled for 10 a.m. and here I sit at 10:45 writing this review in the lobby still haven't been called to the back. And I missed a scheduled appointment across town waiting. That appointment had to be rescheduled, the opening is in 2 months. Thanks comfort dental. Oh, and my rode had to leave to o have to call an u er to go back to Rye.
So nice! I'm one that has anxiety at the dentist office, but these folks were so much like kind, everyday people that it was indeed a very comfortable experience. I had to have an extraction and they made sure I was good and numb, then handled it swiftly and gently. I even made another appointment for some other work I needed done. You are definitely in good hand here! 💛
