I enjoy going to Comfort Dental for cleanings on the southside. Dr. Rose is my dentist and he is gentle, friendly, professional and has a good bedside (dentist chair) manner. The hygienists are friendly and outstanding. I have been going to this practice for 10 years and haven't any serious problems, however if I do, I will go to Dr. Rose. Thank you Comfort Dental!
Do NOT for any reason come here. I scheduled a cleaning only to show up and immediately get a full mouth X-ray, which my dentist had already sent over my 6month ones but these guys claim they never received. Fair enough, communicate that to me and give me the choice to cost myself $100 extra. They told me I cannot get a cleaning without fixing every cavity in my mouth, even though my previous dentist had watched the same teeth for 5 years and no change had happened. I agree to fillings. Always 5 star, professional and caring service at Comfort Dental South! I've been traveling over 2 hours to visit this office since the early 2000's. Every dentist I've ever seen from Dr. DeRose to my current dentist Dr. Rose has been courteous, professional, and treated me like FAMILY. Would highly recommend for new patients and someone looking to make a change! Thank you also to Eunique and the staff for always taking care of me!
Comfort Dental employees are courteous, compassionate, efficient, and professional. While a dentist office is not normally a pleasant place to visit, the atmosphere at Comfort Dental is uplifting, the employees are happy, and the facility is clean. Dr. Rose's numbing technique is highly effective. Myself and family will continue to recommend this facility to others.
I was a “walk in” with a porcelain crown that popped off. Was in the chair in 30 minutes. Dr. Chapman was extremely friendly & nice. Took the time to explain that the crown will probably not stay put, and I wasn’t charged for the cementing. My overall experience was awesome. I have 35 years experience working in the operating room. I can pretty much tell when Dr’s & staff aren’t “playing well” together, I got no such feeling…. Very friendly & professional.
