I was a “walk in” with a porcelain crown that popped off. Was in the chair in 30 minutes. Dr. Chapman was extremely friendly & nice. Took the time to explain that the crown will probably not stay put, and I wasn’t charged for the cementing. My overall experience was awesome. I have 35 years experience working in the operating room. I can pretty much tell when Dr’s & staff aren’t “playing well” together, I got no such feeling…. Very friendly & professional. Best dental experience ever! I was brought back almost immediately. I’m a nervous dental patient, but the dentist immediately put me at ease. Everyone in the office was so kind. I would highly recommend the Comfort Dental Pueblo South office.
I wish I was better at remembering names so I can give kudos to the staff that worked with me. My dental assistant and dentist were very kind, efficient, and informative. I also greatly appreciate the dentist's flexibility with the issue that arose with insurance. If you are going to choose a Comfort Dental to go to in Pueblo, I highly recommend taking the trip to the south location!
Dr. Rose is an amazing dentist. I was so nervous going to see him due to previous bad experiences with dentists (lots of pain). His dental assistant is also awesome. Dr. Rose knows what he is doing; explained every step of the process and no pain (except for a shot in the roof of mouth but that was short and tolerable. I will go back to see him for future dental work. Thank you for changing my mind about going to the dentist!!
It was a great experience all around. The receptionist was nice . Jessie had done an amazing job on my x-rays!!! The dr. I saw did a really good job at keeping me comfortable throughout the whole process! The billing people were also great ! This is the best dental office I have been to !
