My 6 months check up was awesome! The dental technician, Kelly, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel like I was welcome. My dentist, Alisha Ferguson, DDS, was awesome, as always. From my first visit with Dr. Ferguson as well as with today’s visit, she has always made my comfort her first priority. Every issue I have ever had since she became my dentist has been handled with care and professionalism.

Very impressed with this Comfort Dental, not only was the lady on the phone extremely friendly and helpful but so was the full staff. The doc was so good at checking that I was doing okay throughout the procedure, and just communicating in general as it should be. I loved her energy and I didn’t feel a thing. They were able to get me in the same day so I could be out of pain. This is my new dental home.

So here is a good review for all of those on medicaid or Medicare, and that depend on taxpayers to help their medical needs. If you are considering going to comfort dental, you would be a fool because what they are doing is shady and they are trying to double dip, and they are also deciding themselves which people to help and which people to Be told to move on and find somewhere else. I went for a cleaning. I walked out after my appointment feeling like my teeth are the same as before I got them cleaned. Very superficial cleaning. They didn’t even rinse my mouth before of after the procedure. I asked them to give me a copy of the X-Rays they took that day and they wanted to charge me $25 to send them to my email. The dentist was very friendly.

Whether it’s for a routine checkup or more complicated dental work, I trust Dr. Ferguson. Her ability to explain what’s happening and why puts me at ease. And her skills keep me there. Highly recommend.
