I see Dr. Ferguson at this location. I’ve been a patient of hers for quite awhile. I never have to wait before I’m taken back. I love her assistants they are personable, knowledgeable and great at what they do. Dr. Ferguson is beyond amazing. She’s great at her job and has an amazing sense of humor. Because I love flossing my teeth- wink, wink. She always reminds me of what a great job I’m not doing at it. Ha- The front desk is efficient and friendly. I strongly suggest you try her services out.
My 6 months check up was awesome! The dental technician, Kelly, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel like I was welcome. My dentist, Alisha Ferguson, DDS, was awesome, as always. From my first visit with Dr. Ferguson as well as with today’s visit, she has always made my comfort her first priority. Every issue I have ever had since she became my dentist has been handled with care and professionalism.
Had my 1st appointment with Dr. Scott Tidwell today and so far I'm pleased. The office staff and the clinicians were just amazing. Will post more once I actually start getting work done on my teeth. Thank you all for making me feel at ease.
This was my first visit as a new patient and I was very happy with the vibe of the staff and how efficient the operation was. Dr. Ferguson was engaged, attentive, and very personable. I think i made the right choice!
Monica is very rude! I’ve been going there for years and never have experienced such a rude person that is not the way you should treat or talk to a patient at all. It breaks my heart because Dr. Tidwell was the best doctor ever he did such amazing work on my teeth. He’s the best dentist ever I recommend Dr. Tidwell but the staff he had in their name Monica she shouldn’t be working in a place like that you don’t treat people like that.
