I did a cleaning with Dr. Ferguson here. First of all, they don't use sterile film on their equipment. The same hand they use to adjust these equipment, like the light, goes into your mouth. The dental assistant who took my X-ray had to take some shots several times, exposing me to extra radiation, because she did such a lousy job placing the X-ray mouth pieces each time. Dr. Ferguson and her office at Ralston Creek is by far the best dental experience I have ever been through and witnessed! Her assistant Julie was bright professional and uplifting! I see Dr. Ferguson at this location. I’ve been a patient of hers for quite awhile. I never have to wait before I’m taken back. I love her assistants they are personable, knowledgeable and great at what they do. Dr. Ferguson is beyond amazing. She’s great at her job and has an amazing sense of humor. Because I love flossing my teeth- wink, wink. She always reminds me of what a great job I’m not doing at it. Ha- The front desk is efficient and friendly. I strongly suggest you try her services out.
Dr. Marina Varshavskaya, dentist, provided me an option I've never had before to complete a procedure I would have likely opted out of without sedation. (All due to my PTSD and anxiety with dental offices). I will be using her and this type of protocol everytime now. She renewed my faith and trust in her as my dentist! (Thank you!!!)
The staff are professional and sweet. They really want to make their patients happy and confident. I have more visits but so far everything is great.
