Absolute worst experience ever! Most unprofessional dental office I have ever been to! Was closed for a over a week, no voice massage stating they were closed & unable to leave a message . Took them forever to confirm that they received referral from dentist then didn't "submit" to insurance for approval for over 14 days!! My niece was in pain needing a root canal. I was very nervous, the whole entire staff and team really work well together to make the experience come together. I mean you walk in feeling like they care and they really do. The level of service provided speaks for itself. From my first visit leading up to to my procedure. Everything was explained, shown, and written. Questions, comments, phone calls, and reminders were extremely helpful. They were very welcoming, attentive, personable, prompt,polite, and prepared.

I had a tooth extraction done. I told the dentist I was nervous and she did nothing to help soothe me or give me reassurance. Turns out I had good reason to be nervous, because she left tooth pieces IN MY GUM. They are extremely obvious when I open my mouth and look myself, so I’m not sure how she missed them. It’s cutting my cheek, and I can’t even get back in until Monday (it’s Saturday). Horrible.. horrible!! I included my medical conditions on paperwork and made the doctor aware of it before procedure and she used a different medication then the typical lidocaine without letting me know until I had severe reactions. She also used the max dose on me without checking my pain reactions. The medication she used is strongly suggested not to use in patients with my conditions, On top of this she didn't numb me correctly so I was still in intense pain. I had to go to another dentist because every filling fell out even after getting them refilled. Anesthesia wasn't working on one side, so we thought it was just my nerves, but we had no issues at the other dentist. The staff is nice, and I liked the doctor, but I now have to pay even more again to get the work re-done elsewhere. Unfortunately, I will not come back.
