She explained what would happen today, asked about his disability, guided Jeff after I told her of disability. Thank you Shauna for your kindness and professionalism. It was a comfortable environment. The dentist and staff made my visit quick and easy; as well as, having a budget friendly tab. Overall, I'd recommend Raytown Comfort Dental to anyone asking.
I am very pleased with the services provided here. I never have a long wait, and the staff do a professional job. They will continue to get my business and my referrals.
Beware of Comfort Dental's manager Taylor! They clearly don't know how to bill insurance, they will not return phone calls and try to lie on when I have a call log and made several visits to the office with the insurance company on the phone. Do not go to this place if I could give no stars I would. The crazy part is I was warned not to go there and I should have listened!
The staff was very professional and friendly, got me in and out in a timely manner and I as well as my family will be making this our Dental home we look forward to seeing them soon 🤩
