I can say that they are really good….. but they have some pretty messed up rules when it comes to their customers… example bad snow storm everything was closed including them !!! So I had to reschedule, I always keep my appointments unless I have no other option but to cancel!! Absolute worst experience ever! Most unprofessional dental office I have ever been to! Was closed for a over a week, no voice massage stating they were closed & unable to leave a message . Took them forever to confirm that they received referral from dentist then didn't "submit" to insurance for approval for over 14 days!! My niece was in pain needing a root canal. I was very nervous, the whole entire staff and team really work well together to make the experience come together. I mean you walk in feeling like they care and they really do. The level of service provided speaks for itself. From my first visit leading up to to my procedure. Everything was explained, shown, and written. Questions, comments, phone calls, and reminders were extremely helpful. They were very welcoming, attentive, personable, prompt,polite, and prepared.
Amazing! I was struggling to find places that take Medicaid that didn't have to schedule me months out.. I called this place the evening before and they had me scheduled for my visit THE NEXT DAY. Everyone was super kind and professional and quick, I got my X-rays and a follow up appointment scheduled for the NEXT WEEK. Thank you guys!! 😊
