Beware of Comfort Dental's manager Taylor! They clearly don't know how to bill insurance, they will not return phone calls and try to lie on when I have a call log and made several visits to the office with the insurance company on the phone. Do not go to this place if I could give no stars I would. The crazy part is I was warned not to go there and I should have listened!
I’ve been here 3 times. I have received excellent, compassionate care every time. Shout out to Dr Gia Le for being awesome, and so kind. Update: went in again today, they are still wonderful! They are 10 out of 5 stars. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This place never fails to make myself or my daughters comfortable… MY 6 YEAR OLD HAD THE TIME OF HER LIFE… AT THE DENTIST . And is actually bummed out about having to wait 6 months to come back. Dr. Le was amazing and kept her laughing the WHOLE time, as well as the dentist assistant! I wish I would’ve caught her name but she started my daughter off with the laughs and for that I truly thank her and the Dr! We will always come back here as long as we’re in the state of MO! 10/10!
Horrible.. just horrible!! I included my medical conditions on my paperwork to make the dentist aware of them before any procedure, well I assume she didn't review any of it with the horrific experience I had next. She ended up using a different medication then the typical lidocaine without letting me know until I had severe reactions, the medication she used is strongly advised not to use with patients having my listed health conditions and she also had used the max dose on me without checking my pain or numbness reactions ... read more
Little details add up. Almost didn't get a filling that they missed after grinding it out. Multiple fillings have popped out. Gotten out of work early to go things fixed and they closed early apparently and now, Went in today 8-20-25 to get a filling replaced that fell out after less than 4 weeks of being done. And nobody came to the office and it is now 9:20am and online says opens at 7:30... not sure what is going on here but not recommended if you need dependable dental care
