I have a lifelong fear of dentists. Dr Vaughn and the entire staff allayed any fears on first meeting! They treated me with care and compassion. They are efficient and quick. Their prices are reasonable and they work very hard with scheduling. I cannot recommend this group any higher. As long as I am in Rio Rancho, they will be my dentist! If you are in need of a dentist please go to the Southern boulevard office. You will be very happy you did.
Very nice and professional people here. Dr. Vaughn is a very great dr. I’m so happy I decided to come here. I HAVE to update this review!! I had fillings done on my front teeth and Donna made them look so pretty. I’m obsessed !! — that’s it that’s the review. Worth the hour drive for sure.
Imagine waiting for 6 months to have your teeth cleaned and then they try to mislead you. Dr. Vaughn made me wait for an Hour and 10 minutes but never apologized. I totally understand that they get busy ‘cause I’m a clinician myself, but they should not treat their clients like we’re ignorant. When he finally saw me he said, “ the tech did good cleaning your teeth. “ I responded, “Nobody cleaned my teeth.” What’s weird was they polished my teeth first. I am so glad I found Comfort Dental. My family and I have been going here for a couple of years now. We have always been pleased with the customer service as well as the dentists. We love Dr Clayton and Dr Vaughn. They know I'm terrified of getting dental work done and they really know how to comfort me and help me through the procedure. The whole staff here are just awesome. I recently visited Comfort Dental and I had a really great team work on my chipped front tooth. The dental assistant was welcoming and friendly, she took the time to explain my financial options, and answered all the questions I had regarding my medical insurance and the gold plan offered by comfort dental.
