The dental assistant was welcoming and friendly, she took the time to explain my financial options, and answered all the questions I had regarding my medical insurance and the gold plan offered by comfort dental. I walked in at 7:30 Monday morning without an appointment. I’ve had a tooth that had been giving me trouble for sometime, and it turns out there was fairly severe infection. I was unable to commit to a day, to come in and get it pulled out. We decided to pull it right away, and it was done with the most care and compassion I’ve experienced in a dental office. From being at school with a severe toothache they were able to get me an exam the same day and in for the root canal a few days later. Dr. Vaughn is great at his job, kind, and an awesome dentist who works under some very busy conditions in that clinic, but handles it well! The dental assistant Bernie was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful through the entire procedure. Not only did they save my tooth, now I can return to school and work without a severe toothache. I opted to get 2 dental implants. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The staff did the research needed to let me know what my cost would be. Dr. Vaughan, is very knowledgeable in his field and explained the procedure thoroughly. During the procedure as a minor issue came up he told me about it and explained what might be. Comfort Dental is ideally located for me. I leave my subdivision, go through McDonald's, a gas station & I'm in their parking lot. They're like a well oiled machine, the knowledgeable associates are cross-trained & schooled in various functions & the Doctors assist & help each other. There are no surprises on your invoice because you meet with an associate who discusses charges & insurance coverage after each appointment.
