From being at school with a severe toothache they were able to get me an exam the same day and in for the root canal a few days later. Dr. Vaughn is great at his job, kind, and an awesome dentist who works under some very busy conditions in that clinic, but handles it well! The dental assistant Bernie was so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful through the entire procedure. Not only did they save my tooth, now I can return to school and work without a severe toothache. Thank you Comfort Dental Rio Rancho!!!

I had the most amazing experience at Comfort Dental. I was so appreciative to make an appointment because it has been years since I have been, They explained everything to me helped with insurance and did not pressure me into anything. I can highly recommend Dr,Vaughn he is so patient and kind. Do yourself a favor and make that appointment, It will be the best decision you make.

Terrible customer service. The staff are very nice but their quality of work is the worst I have ever experienced. The tech did my polishing before the dentist came in to do the scaling. Then once the dentist came in he provided a 5 minute shoty scaling. Never actually examined the teeth nor check for hidden cavities. Followed by no flossing and leaving my mouth with deposits. My teeth still feel like they need to be cleaned. I am extremely disappointed and will never return. I suggest you go somewhere else.

I am so grateful to Comfort Dental Rio Rancho. I didn't have a dentist home for about a year as my last dentist stop taking my insurance, and I was just too busy to deal with it.....until the Friday after Thanksgiving, when I had a pain in my mouth so bad I couldn't stand it. I went in as a first time patient to receive an emergency tooth extraction. Both the hygienist, Cassandra, and Dr. Vaughn were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. It was, without a doubt, the least painful dental work I've received - including the shots! I am grateful for their care and will be taking my family there in the future.
