The contraption they put in my mouth to perform x-rays was not like the normal dental bite tabs I was used to from before. What they used instead was some large metal contraption that kept making me gag. I literally gagged it up multiple times, she told me to try to hum to prevent the gag reflex and it was just too difficult. She kept saying "one more" and then did several more. I had a disappointing experience at this office. While the dentist was friendly and knowledgeable and my crown turned out fine, the overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional. The staff came across as dismissive and uninterested, and didn't offer much information or assistance, often deferring my questions to the doctor. Over the course of four visits, the dental assistants were consistently standoffish and dismissive. Brought my mother for care day to have a tooth extracted and Dr.Chen is by far the worst dentist she has ever encountered. Did not listen to her and didn’t even pull the correct tooth. She came out in 1000 times more pain than when she went in and they didn’t even give her after care instructions or gauze for her bleeding tooth. If you’re going to offer a free service to the people in need, then do it with some professionalism. Pretty disappointed. Waited a few hours my first visit and an hour again today before I saw a doctor. Seems like they book a bunch of people and gave them wait while the dentist pops between multiple patients. I understand but not very personal and don’t love having to wait that long.

Don't go here. The staff at the front refused a patient(child) who has insurance and their was money for appointments because the staff member didn't know how to process payments repeatedly; with verified by insurance several times. Refusing needed and able to be paid for care is abusive. Hire better. You should not hire people who cuss out people on the phone. Zero class.
