The dental team and dentist were absolutely top notch ! My daughter was there for evaluation of her wisdom teeth that were impacted and so incredibly painful, which everyone was so kind and gentle . We were able to get X-rays done and a referral so she can have surgery . My only concern with the entire experience was the receptionist / check in check out process - the person in the front of the office is not and should not be your first point of contact - she was extremely rude , unhelpful, without reason. Outstanding technical Dental skill. Highly capable dental assistant. Only constructive feedback I would give you is to tell people what you're doing as you do it. For example tell them when you're putting on topical anesthetic and then tell them when you're going to give them an injection and keep them updated. I was kind of left in the dark as we went along but it went great so it didn't really matter but a lot of people would like to know what's happening when it is happening. I wish I could give negative stars. So I made an appointment for my son. We arrived for appointment early. Front office staff very polite and professional. Soon as you walk to the back the vibe changes.. staff rude and disrespectful. Waited over 2 hours before dr even got started. When asked how much longer was told it would be awhile. Whats the point of having an appointment if it's not being honored. Why book double patients when you can't possibly service them all. They're sweet but they wasted my gas. I came down here for my crown and to get the rest of my fillings since they REFUSED to do it all at once. Their system was acting up that coordinates with care credit so no fillings for me. Told them I'm not coming back. They're 30ish minutes from my house. I so wanted them to be my normal dentist but this isn't going to work if I'm wasting gas just for them to tell me their system doesn't work 🤦🏽‍♀️

Had to bet some work done. After my preliminary exams, i was told someone would call to schedule the work i needed. No call was made by their office to the number i gave them. I called them several times - left messages - no response. Went on to repeat the same process with another location. Same thing happened with them. I then had to find a competent dentist, and now I'm requiring more work at a much higher cost since Comfort Dental left me in scheduling limbo.
