I am naturally a nervous person when it comes to anything tooth extraction. The doctor here made me feel comfortable and she walked me through what to expect at each stage of my extraction. I also had a couple of fillings too due to my teeth sensitivity and she did a nice job. Also, the staff and everyone here were amazing. Thank you so much Comfort Dental and its team of amazing employees.

I am never a person who enjoys leaving bad reviews. I have my feelings quietly and go about life. However, this is the WORST experience I have EVER had at the dentist in my life. Very “cold staff” for starters. Obviously overworked and frustrated with their job so they take it out on clients. The doctor was very rough and completely rushed through my extraction procedures. Kind of a long ride, I come from Miami County, but it was nearly back to the old neighborhood, elementary school down the street, and a nice place to go. Warm friendly smile and nice people. Dentist was nice. Really enjoyed the experience. Sent by Overland Park Office due to issues with them having problems finding full time Dentist and cancelling twice. It's a excellent place. Next week getting a ride instead for the cleaning.

Hands down, this place provides awesome care. They work with Medicaid, they work with you if you don't have insurance and most importantly, they actually listen to the patient and their needs, something you don’t see too often, especially as a Veteran who’s used to the VA health care system. The best doctors in the VA are the ones who listen and don’t dismiss you just because you’re not a doctor. It was okay. First time there. The staff were professional but cold. This isn’t a place to make long term or lasting relationships with your doctor. They seem to be over worked and understaffed. Decent work though. They know what they are doing. My teeth still feel “fuzzy” after three days. They tried to help at the time, but I know I was holding them up. I wish I could give a better review for their work but the corporate culture makes it impossible.
