My appointment started on time and the staff was friendly and efficient. Very professional. I have used several dentists/offices in Santa Fe with much less successful outcomes - so much so that I had stopped going to the dentist. Comfort is happily my dental home.

The doctor I saw here was terrible. Very inconsiderate and absolutely terrible work. You will be very disappointed if you go here. I have Medicaid and the doctor said “ we will not be accepting your insurance anymore and this will be the last time we see you”. He obviously lied.. the staff is very unprofessional as well as the doctor. I’m sure the staff will read this review and know exactly which doctor I’m talking about. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend Comfort Dental. I was able to get a same day appointment as an emergency walk in. Dr. Davis and his staff were accommodating, friendly and professional. I walked in with an infection and high pain and left happy and taken care of. Comfort Dental came highly recommended by a friend who also had a similar experience.

I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience during my recent visit. My appointment was scheduled for 6:30 PM, but it was clear from the start that the staff were eager to leave for the day-two separate team members even commented that they were ready to go home. This made me feel unwelcome and as though my presence was an inconvenience. The entire visit felt rushed and careless. Comfort Dental got Fred in within a few days, even though he was not a patient. The wait time was a little long, but the service was good! They offer a plan that reduces costs on all services so that was great. Thank you Comfort Dental!
