Had multiple not so great experiences here. It feels like they take to many patients with only one dentist working. Each time I went the dentist wasn't sure what I was there for and it was like being in a torture chair and now a year later all the work they did to fix my teeth has to be redone. I would say find a different dentist if you can

My experience at comfort dental was a good one. They took care of me in my appointment. They also took care of my son with the same care they gave me. They also took our insurances. I haven’t had a good experience with any other dentist over the past couple of years.

Bad customer service, need better help in the front. This place advertised they will help with emergency visit and its a bunch BS. I live an hour away and my kiddo was in alot of pain and walked in to see maybe 3 people sitting in the lobby. Proceeded to ask if we can be seen and the woman behind the desk had the worst attitude for medical office. Told me that they weren't seeing anymore patients because there was no more slots and they were booked and we should have been there by 7am when the place opens at 730. I called a... read more

Chad Davis is professional he was very helpful, but on the other hand, the staff was extremely rude. The gentleman at the front desk Seemed very rude as the heavyweight girl that helped me she was just as nasty. I don’t know if I would be returning back probably not. I myself work in healthcare. I would never treat people the way they did. They don’t smile. They don’t say thank you they seem very unhappy shouldn’t be there. They have no compassion towards patients.

I’m generally scared about going to the dentist. Then for a few years, I had an amazing dentist in Colorado. Since moving to New Mexico, I’ve been slow to want to go back to the dentist. I finally decided to go when I saw that Comfort Dental took my health insurance. I had a great experience here – everyone was friendly and kind and I was in and out in no time!
