Dr. Montgomery is the only person who has saved my husband’s life. My husband has been scared to death of the dentist and hasn’t been in several years. He never smiled. We found Dr. Montgomery and my husband now smiles. It’s been the best experience I’ve had with anyone in the medical field. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE the two times I’ve been there! I absolutely hate going to the dentist and get major anxiety every time, but the dentist I saw yesterday (gosh, I wish I could remember his name) was AMAZING!! So kind and even said I have a boring mouth (meaning I have great teeth and gums), which made me laugh! He even asked me what toothpaste I was using because my teeth looked so nice! LivFresh, in case you’re wondering. I’d definitely recommend this dentist office!

My recent visit was very good (good service and attention). However, in previous visits, I have been treated very poorly by one of the medical assistants on several occasions by the same person (you have the report). However, they have reassigned me to her on other occasions because they didn't have another person available. It's worth noting that this person knows I reported her, and she knows it, which is NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. I understand that other people have reported her as well.
