My recent visit was very good (good service and attention). However, in previous visits, I have been treated very poorly by one of the medical assistants on several occasions by the same person (you have the report). However, they have reassigned me to her on other occasions because they didn't have another person available. You must go to this place in order to have good teeth. Whether to install, to clean, or whatever you need, you will find it here. They use modern equipment and the place is very clean. Unfortunately, after years of going to this clinic, we've faced horrible treatment. Multiple people I know, including myself, have had serious dental issues made worse due to the poor care provided by Dr. Montgomery. In our cases, he either misdiagnosed or failed to identify dental problems entirely. Claiming there were no cavities when there clearly were, or creating treatment plans that didn’t address the actual issues. This experience was not as pleasant as others. For whatever reason, the office could not keep the lights on. How does the office clean teeth with inconsistent lighting? It is impossible for a dental professional to do a thorough cleaning without consistent lighting. I felt the entire situation could have been prevented.
