First off, let me say that I felt the Dentists were great and very professional/accommodating. The additional staff (administration & dental assistants), on the other hand, left much to be desired. On more than one occasion the dental assistants gave incorrect information and the front desk staff was particularly rude and incredibly unprofessional.
