Awful experience. First my wife, myself and my daughter appeared or the appointment on october 3rd. My daughter was referred to pediatric after the xray. Fair enough. Myself and my wife had to be treated for cavities. My wife needed 2 visits. That it was done on the right side. She was treated by the dr. Then dr had to treat me so he switched over the work stations. While dr was with me, some nurse treated my wife for bit of cleaning before dr could return to her. This experience has changed my life, literally! I have been a patient at another dentist location for years and felt no progress with my dental care. I became a new patient here and within one week I was scheduled and treated for half of my dental concerns. The dentist was understanding, thorough and genuine. I'm extremely grateful for this dentist office!!
BEWARE I regret putting my trust in this office. I’ve had service at Comfort Dental locations before, so I decided to give this location near my new home a try. When booking, I learned that individual locations are individually owned. So it occurred to me (almost too late) that this different location’s dentists might not be in network for me. I am so happy that I have a pretty smile now! I was a single parent, so teeth were a luxury. It took everything I had to get my little girl through her masters, at a top five university. After 27 years I trusted comfort Dental and the profession to restore a smile I had last a long time ago. This Dental practice, gave me my life back and took 20 years off my age.. I’m Thrilled!!! I've been going to this location for a few years now, and they've always been prompt, professional, and easy to work with. Despite that, you very much still get the feeling that this is a chain dentist, and that the providers see many, many patients a day. Certainly not a knock on the staff, but given how rushed everything tends to feel it makes it so that the providers just don't have the time to truly work with their patients.
