The team was excellent with my daughter. And they were very kind and personable afterwards. They even followed up the next couple days to make sure everything was okay after her procedure.
I got my 8 fillings done here all at once an my teeth has been hurting a very sensitive ever since. can’t eat food or drink LIQUID like I used to. They really messed up my teeth, before I got my filling done here my teeth were not sensitive they were so perfect. Now my teeth are forever sensitive an will never be the same again. Just do yourself a big favor and go to a better dentist.
After my last appointment ended, I was scheduled for a new appointment the following week. Today was when I was scheduled to come back. But whoever it was who stood next to me and entered my info into the computer apparently didn't save it. So I show up only to be told the appointment I was told I have isn't available. So now I have to reschedule and a huge chunk of my day is wasted. Unbelievable incompetence.
I must say, I was blown away and overwhelmed by the kindness, generosity, proficiency, professionalism and truly gifted Dr. Kenney, and his entire staff are. The hygienist was really wonderful, and so empathetic, encouraging, and very skillful with cavity remedies. And I say this after having 4 front teeth extracted! I felt ZERO PAIN! They even dealt with really high anxiety levels, very patiently. I danced in like a cat on a hot tin roof, yet, they had me purring, during and on the way out! This location is in compliance has caring dentist and knowledgeable staff… This location has the ability to change the stigma of the comfort dental name you guys rock!!!
