I had a very negative experience with Dr. Jacob Lalonde. His bedside manner was extremely poor and I found him to be very disrespectful. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone. During my visit, my front tooth was left in a very noticeable condition that I was extremely unhappy with. I calmly explained my concerns to him, but instead of addressing them professionally, he became hostile. I remained calm the entire time and eventually decided it was best for me to leave.
