From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and informative. The nurse and the dentist were both great. Dr white was very friendly and gentle and talked me through the whole process. 2 extractions and he was super easy took his time. I’m glad I chose comfort dental this time.
Dr. Thaler is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I have extreme anxiety and fear of dentists, but he made me feel very comfortable the entire time making sure I felt no pain during the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care ever. Never had a cavity fill and root canal done so effortlessly! Dr. Lalonde & the girls were excellent. Very friendly with great bedside manner. But... I had a tooth pulled & the pain was over the top. FYI...when they say "you shouldn't feel any sharp pain, but will feel pressure", - - Pressure IS pain. So much pressure, I was writhing in the chair with tears streaming. I have more work to be done, but there's no way I'll subject myself to that, ever again. And I have a strong pain tolerance. It's been about 4 days & I'm still sore.
Brought my father here for dentures. Jenny has been really kind and patient with him. We really enjoy seeing her. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because our appointment times are never honored. Or appointment was set at 1030am and sat in the waiting area until 1135am before we were called back. It's a good place if you don't mind a long wait.
I was super nervous going in since it has been awhile since I have been to any dentist and I had a tooth that was causing me a good amount of pain. They were super nice and funny. Amazing job at keeping me comfortable as much as possible. Thank you!
