Yesterday was my first time at this office. With the exception of the receptionist being a little rude and not quite as professional as you would expect everything else went smoothly. The dental assistant/technician that helped me was very pleasant and made the appointment very comfortable for me. The dentist was also very polite, professional and informative.
When we first started coming here, this place was amazing. Over the last 2 years the office staff has become very rude and does not know vital details to schedule correctly. We are constantly scheduled for Apts when they haven't sent in insurance approvals or for the correct doctor. Several times we have driven here and waited just to be sent away. For the last 8 months I've been going to this dentist office. I had one that tooth that he never focused on and two weeks ago my tooth cracked I went in to get it looked at and he decided to work on the opposite side of my mouth!!! 3 days ago my tooth actually split in half and now I have to get it removed I am extremely upset.
