Pleasant and professional service overall for our family. We initially were with Dr. Ron, but ended up switching all our family members to Dr. John as we found him to be a better fit and very easy to work with, great bedside manner, pleasant humor, etc. We are very grateful for him and look forward to seeing him each visit. The jr. staff overall are great at getting our cleanings done quickly and efficiently.
After coming here for over 2 decades, I am no longer welcome due to the fact I have periodontal disease now. For someone who has dental anxiety and felt comfortable coming here to now not be welcome is heart wrenching. I guess I’ll just let my teeth get worse until they fall out because unless I move to another state, I really don’t want to go to a different dentist. Dr. Owen made me feel heard. And now I don’t think I’ll get that anywhere else considering I have medical conditions that I cannot control.
Dr. Owen is amazing! I have been putting off getting my wisdom teeth removed due to extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work but Dr. Owen’s put my mind at ease and made the appointment fast and painless for me. He checked in with me throughout the entire appointment and never once made me feel bad for having anxiety throughout the appointment. Highly recommend Dr. Owen if you struggle with dental work!
The whole staff in the Parker Stroh Range location is absolutely amazing every single one of them I would recommend this location to anyone who is embarrassed, shy,scared or just plain terrified of the dentist experience as I was from the moment I walked thru the door they welcomed me and treated me with so much respect and had no judgements or sarcasm you sometimes get they have changed the way I looked at myself and I feel absolutely beautiful again and built my confidence to the roof words can not express how wonderful th... read more
Went to get a tooth taken out and had the best experience ever really nice and experienced staff loved it I was really nervous but they got the job done a shout out to Ron Freimuth D.D.S. he was great and very professional I really had a WoW experience at this place.
