I've been seeing Dr. Henderson for over 20 years. Have my family sees him. If he didn't do his job well or care I would have found a new dentist 20 years ago. But no, I follwed him through 3 different ooffices and recommend him to family and friends. Thank Dr. Henderson for everything you've done for me and the family.
Another successful procedure with Dr Owen and the team. They repaired a filling quickly and effectively. He always has time for my questions and answers them thoroughly.
The worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Not just at a dentist at any place ever. Been lied to multiple times excuses blames the lab. I would advise doing work yourself before going to this place. I would leave 0 stars if I could.
This review is to all but mostly Amanda Lipper who left a 1 star. I've been coming to Dr. Owen since I can remember and he is the most thoughtful, best dentist I've ever been to! I refuse to go anywhere else. He sits and explains every procedure so well that I feel completely comfortable with the process. He's even given me his personal cell number to call him if I ever had problems. I've never had problems with his work. He is the BEST!
We had a very disappointing experience at this dental practice. They refused to clean our teeth unless we agreed to pay for full mouth X-rays (FMX), which felt unnecessary and like a money grab. When my husband had his teeth cleaned, they claimed he needed three cavities “fixed,” but after their work, he ended up needing a root canal, a filling, and a crown.
