We had a very disappointing experience at this dental practice. They refused to clean our teeth unless we agreed to pay for full mouth X-rays (FMX), which felt unnecessary and like a money grab. When my husband had his teeth cleaned, they claimed he needed three cavities “fixed,” but after their work, he ended up needing a root canal, a filling, and a crown. This review is to all but mostly Amanda Lipper who left a 1 star. I've been coming to Dr. Owen since I can remember and he is the most thoughtful, best dentist I've ever been to! I refuse to go anywhere else. He sits and explains every procedure so well that I feel completely comfortable with the process. He's even given me his personal cell number to call him if I ever had problems. I've never had problems with his work. He is the BEST!
This is the best facility, staff and dentists I've ever had. Dr. Owen is caring and explains all procedures he is doing- I had an emergency and was immediately given an appointment the same day within an hour of my call. I highly recommend this office. Awesome staff.
Dr John Owen is the best dentist I have ever had!!! He has a gentle and kind manner and excellent dental work.Unfortunately, Comfort Dental has lost a client in me due to their restrictive cancellation policy. I was told that between me and my two sons, we had too many cancellations and could no longer schedule in advance. So disappointing and rude. Dr. Owen. Thank you. Staff take a hike!!!
Dr Henderson has been amazing with putting in my implants and he even called the next day to check on me.
