Another successful procedure with Dr Owen and the team. They repaired a filling quickly and effectively. He always has time for my questions and answers them thoroughly.
We had a very disappointing experience at this dental practice. They refused to clean our teeth unless we agreed to pay for full mouth X-rays (FMX), which felt unnecessary and like a money grab. When my husband had his teeth cleaned, they claimed he needed three cavities “fixed,” but after their work, he ended up needing a root canal, a filling, and a crown. This review is to all but mostly Amanda Lipper who left a 1 star. I've been coming to Dr. Owen since I can remember and he is the most thoughtful, best dentist I've ever been to! I refuse to go anywhere else. He sits and explains every procedure so well that I feel completely comfortable with the process. He's even given me his personal cell number to call him if I ever had problems. I've never had problems with his work. He is the BEST!
Dr John Owen is the best dentist I have ever had!!! He has a gentle and kind manner and excellent dental work.Unfortunately, Comfort Dental has lost a client in me due to their restrictive cancellation policy. I was told that between me and my two sons, we had too many cancellations and could no longer schedule in advance. So disappointing and rude. Dr. Owen. Thank you. Staff take a hike!!!
From start to finish this place has been awesome through the recent work I needed done. The receptionist, the dental assistants, and Dr. Henderson have been very helpful through everything. Dr. Henderson personally called a few days after my root canal to make sure everything was going good. If you're nervous at all, don't be! These folks will take good care of you!
