Dr. Van Dusen has NO bed side manner when it comes to his scared patients. I have extreme anxiety stemming from dental trauma and I will never allow this man near my mouth again. Not only did he poke jokes at me for crying, but he had the worst attitude. If you can't understand why someone is so upset, ASK. Don't just chalk it up to nothing and walk away. I’ve had such a horrible experience at this dentist. I came in and got a root canal and crown as well as a tooth extraction. Immediately following this I had severe swelling and pain that made me need to go to ER. I then proceeded repeatedly going to the dentist over the course of the next 2 months explaining I was in significant pain/discomfort and was not able to eat on that side. Dr. Romero is the best! I had three cavities to be filled and I was terrified. He walked me through the whole process reassuring me that if I felt any pain we can go ahead and use a numbing shot. He was right I did not need a shot there was no pain. He should just rename his business to the gentle dentist. Thank you so much, Doc! I will refer my friends and family here.
I had such a great experience here. Needless to say, like most of us, I hate going to the dentist, but everything here was simple, professional, nice, effortless and painless. I had broken a tooth and made an appt online. When I arrived they couldn't find that appt, but got me scheduled right then and there. I have an HMO dental insurance.
