I am so happy I chose Comfort Dental. They offered an affordable payment option which has allowed me to receive much needed treatment. I had a failed root canal and I am in the process of getting an implant. Dr. Justin VanDusen is a phenomenal dentist and he thoroughly explains the treatment process. The dental hygienists are gentle and have great bedside manner, and the front office staff are courteous and friendly.
Dr. Van Dusen has NO bed side manner when it comes to his scared patients. I have extreme anxiety stemming from dental trauma and I will never allow this man near my mouth again. Not only did he poke jokes at me for crying, but he had the worst attitude. If you can't understand why someone is so upset, ASK. Don't just chalk it up to nothing and walk away. Dr Van Dusen is the best dentist. If you are looking for an affordable dentist he’s your guy. You won’t regret it.
I’ve had such a horrible experience at this dentist. I came in and got a root canal and crown as well as a tooth extraction. Immediately following this I had severe swelling and pain that made me need to go to ER. I then proceeded repeatedly going to the dentist over the course of the next 2 months explaining I was in significant pain/discomfort and was not able to eat on that side. Dr. Romero is the best! I had three cavities to be filled and I was terrified. He walked me through the whole process reassuring me that if I felt any pain we can go ahead and use a numbing shot. He was right I did not need a shot there was no pain. He should just rename his business to the gentle dentist. Thank you so much, Doc! I will refer my friends and family here.
