I was seen by Dr. Romero. At first, he said I had, “Virgin teeth”. Moments later he proceeded to tell me that I had 5 cavities and that I would need to get them filled. I take great care of my teeth due to traumatic experiences with the dentist in the past. Immediate attention, my appointment was made the same week And the customer service was great! They were able to do the work the same day of my appointment. I was very happy and satisfied with the care that I received at the Tempe location

So far my experience has been very positive. I was able to get in promptly and get evaluated for treatment. Pricing was on point with what our insurance quoted. The office staff is professional and works hard to find an appointment that fits with your schedule. I will send an updated review once my treatment is complete.

I love the mesa locations, but the tempe office Doctor was awful, he was extremely rude, scoffed when I asked for topical anesthetic prior to the injection, and was extremely rough while administering the injections. When he pulled the tooth, he didn't wait for the anesthetic to take full effect and didn't stop when I was screaming in pain, he ripped the tooth out, and threw the instrument on the table and walked out.
