I am blind and I had a brain tumor and experience seizures, so my friend is typing this but I wanted to let people know Comfort Dental and Dr. Do are the best dentists I have seen in San Antonio and I have lived here all my life. I would not trust my teeth to anyone else. I have had some severe dental issues since I got sick with a brain tumor that was removed but left me with seizures. Dr. Rich along with the entire staff are extremely kind and professional. I am always happy with the work Dr. Rich performs and the after care service provided the staff. Analisa is very through when discussing next steps and/or payments.
Happy with my denture and partial plate. They look great and have gotten many compliments. Dr Rich has been great about making them fit perfectly. NOT HAPPY THAT THE PROCESS TOOK 4 MONTHS!
I have been seeing Dr. Do for approximately 9 years now. I wouldn't want to see anyone else. A good dentist is gold. I spent a long time going through mediocre practices until finding Comfort on Thousand Oaks. Dr. Do from the very start was exceptional. She really cares about her patients. She remembers you. I went to Confort Dental approximately a year or longer. Dr. Haggie did a transplant. Now I have a hole in between the gum and tooth. They kept having me back on the office to fix the implant instead of replacing. It was not getting any better with each office visit and a long way for me to go so I stopped going. Because they were not gpimg to make it good. They were already paid cash by my son. I am going to have to go to another dentist to see if it can be fixed.
