The doctor and Crystal were very professional. Crystal was excellent with taking X-rays letting me know when she only had a few left. Explained treatment plan, gave updates throughout the entire treatment. I don’t like going to the dentist and haven’t went 10plus years as I had a bad experience. They both made sure they let me know what they were doing and checking on how I was doing. Excellent treatment I will highly recommend Comfort Dental. Thank you to the doctor and Crystal for giving me an great experience!
I wanna say a HUGE ty to the doctor, nurse, and staff here. I had a emergency multiple tooth extraction and I was well taken care of. They got me in quickly and saved my life. I apologize for the crying and screaming but the pain was like nothing I never knew before. Thank you for taking your time with me, helping me, and your support. I could never thank you enough.
Staff at front desk listened to my concerns about my previous visit. Letting me know it’s been taken care of. My service today was great & thorough job. I appreciate that. My dentist was great & made me feel comfortable.
As someone who had had bad experiences with another Comfort Dental location, I just wanted to note that I've had the complete opposite experience here - Dr. McDonald is an absolute professional, kind and thorough. I've been in to see him for a couple of follow ups on some work I had done here and he's been great - I've never felt rushed or like he was just trying to get me out of the office ASAP, the way it seemed with my last dentist. I entered the Comfort dental. I was greeted right away. She handed me paperwork as I waited. When I finished the paperwork, my name was called. I entered the patient room. There I was sitting in the chair. The assistant asked how I was doing. Gave me sunglasses to wear through the procedure. I was afraid to find out that I had cavities.
