As someone who had had bad experiences with another Comfort Dental location, I just wanted to note that I've had the complete opposite experience here - Dr. McDonald is an absolute professional, kind and thorough. I've been in to see him for a couple of follow ups on some work I had done here and he's been great - I've never felt rushed or like he was just trying to get me out of the office ASAP, the way it seemed with my last dentist. I recently visited Comfort Dental on Tower Road and was treated by Dr. John for crown work. Since replacing the bottom right crown, I have been in constant pain for over three weeks. I returned to the office twice due to severe pain and discomfort. Each time, my concerns were dismissed. Dr. John claimed it was “my bite” and shaved the tooth down, but the pain never improved. I've been going to this comfort dental for years and have to say that I'm always amazed by the level of professionalism always displayed by the staff. Everyone is always very polite and attent to the customers. Dr. Jon is a great provider with his knowledge and experience. He's done several root canals with crowns with no issues. My previous dentist would leave me feeling the pain from the procedure for weeks afterwards. 10/17/25- would give negative stars if I could. We have been going to this location for years. My mom woke up in pain today. When she called a little after noon she was told that they took walk in and could see her today if she got there by 5pm. She had to call out the rest of the day from work (a financial cost to her that she was willing to do to get help). Dr. Cody Cirac at Comfort Dental Tower Rd is awesome. He always explains exactly what he is doing, he doesn’t pressure you to get additional procedures done if you don’t want them, and he is very gentle and caring while treating you. He is very professional at all times, and makes going to the dentist “not so bad”! I highly recommend his services.
