As someone who had had bad experiences with another Comfort Dental location, I just wanted to note that I've had the complete opposite experience here - Dr. McDonald is an absolute professional, kind and thorough. I've been in to see him for a couple of follow ups on some work I had done here and he's been great - I've never felt rushed or like he was just trying to get me out of the office ASAP, the way it seemed with my last dentist. I've been going to this comfort dental for years and have to say that I'm always amazed by the level of professionalism always displayed by the staff. Everyone is always very polite and attent to the customers. Dr. Jon is a great provider with his knowledge and experience. He's done several root canals with crowns with no issues. My previous dentist would leave me feeling the pain from the procedure for weeks afterwards. I recently visited Comfort Dental on Tower Road and was treated by Dr. John for crown work. Since replacing the bottom right crown, I have been in constant pain for over three weeks. I returned to the office twice due to severe pain and discomfort. Each time, my concerns were dismissed. Dr. John claimed it was “my bite” and shaved the tooth down, but the pain never improved. Dr. Cody Cirac at Comfort Dental Tower Rd is awesome. He always explains exactly what he is doing, he doesn’t pressure you to get additional procedures done if you don’t want them, and he is very gentle and caring while treating you. He is very professional at all times, and makes going to the dentist “not so bad”! I highly recommend his services.

I've been going there for a good 10 years with Dr. Barton. He retired a year o2 ago and the gentleman I see instead is 'eh'. BUT, my problem is - the last 2 times I was there he and the techs scraped and grinded some brown spots off of 2 close to the front teeth, causing a hole and now cavity in one. I made an appointment to get that repair pointing out there should be no charge since it was of their doing. They did half fix it but cutting out some of the cavity and refilling the hole, but I still feel pain there so don't th... read more
