Very easy and seamless appointment experience. I was in and out quickly, which isn’t the case at all comfort dental locations. I was impressed with the kindness and efficiency of all staff members. Dr Mercer was very knowledgeable and made an effort to keep me informed and educated about my dental health and care, which is also not standard for all dentists! This is the type of doctor you want to hold onto.
Dr. Mercer gave me the smile of my dreams! His staff is friendly and he is gentle, quick, and knowledgeable. He could t have been more accommodating to my fear of dentists, crazy work schedule or guiding me through my teeth whitening journey. Only dentist I’ll ever trust!
I have a tremendous fear of Dentists and will do all I can to avoid going to one. After a dental emergency that left me in extreme pain I took my daughter's recommendation to see her dentist. I can't say enough good things about this office and the Dentists. It was a completely pain free experience and they truly care about the well being and relaxation of the patients. I've been back 3 times now and each experience is as great as the last.
The front office staff is AMAZING. Selina went out of her way to make the visit go smoothly and ease our nerves. The dentist fit my husband in for an emergency root canal and a week later, he's still talking about the PAINLESS and effective procedure due to the skills of his dentist. I'm very happy with Selina, the capable doctors and this whole experience. I would recommend them to anyone in need of dental services!
I am writing this review with deep frustration and regret. I entrusted Dr. Jacob Moorehead and his staff with what I believed would be a standard, professional root canal procedure. Unfortunately, not only did the procedure fail, but I later discovered that a metal drill bit had been left inside my root canal—a fact that was never disclosed to me at the time of treatment.
