Not thrilled. Went in there to have a bridge done on my lower teeth and when they put it in they filed on my denture which screwed up my bite. My bottom teeth now hit the top of my denture in the roof of my mouth. My overbite is so much worse. Now I'm concerned I will start having problems with vertigo again. Even when I told the assistant that the bite was good she still filed more off. They don't fix their mistakes, guess I'm just supposed to deal with it. Sandra my dental assistant was very professional and friendly, as well as quick and efficient. I appreciated that she tried to make me as comfortable as possible, and she was so sweet and understanding. Dr. Yoon was also very knowledgeable and professional, and she checked on me often to make sure I was doing okay during my procedure. Thank you so much to both of you!
We are usually seen by Dr. Adam. He always did a great job and we referred several people here because of it. The last time we scheduled in March we requested Dr. Adam as usual and when we got to the appointment we were not seen by Dr Adam as requested. Instead we were seen by Dr Harden. When I asked the front desk why we were not scheduled with Dr. Adam as requested they said he was no longer with them. Everyone here is very caring and they treat all of their patients with with dignity and respect. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone in need of dental work.
Best dental experience of my 40+ years. I've never had staff so caring, checking in with the patient frequently, polite, friendly, and great at their jobs. From X-ray tech, to cavity drilling by the doctor, and fillings by assistant, it was nice to know they were with me every step of the way. They helped accommodate my disability and Medicaid limitations as well, figuring out a plan forward. Immediately recommended to my family & friends!
