I sat in the lobby for 12 minutes before getting called back only to sit and wait for the dentist until nearly 40 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. I had to ask the staff several times how much longer even though THEY rescheduled MY appointment. The hygienist next to me was coughing the entire time. Not thrilled. Went in there to have a bridge done on my lower teeth and when they put it in they filed on my denture which screwed up my bite. My bottom teeth now hit the top of my denture in the roof of my mouth. My overbite is so much worse. Now I'm concerned I will start having problems with vertigo again. Even when I told the assistant that the bite was good she still filed more off. They don't fix their mistakes, guess I'm just supposed to deal with it. Dr Lynn and Sandra made the entire visit pleasant and comfortable. I normally have anxiety when coming to the dentist but not here. Thank you guys and thank you to the entire staff.
This place can't get any filings right, you're guaranteed to be in pain after. Dentist here with fill a cavity on a tooth they know needs a root canal, just to gouge you and your insurance for every penny they can despite how painful and time consuming it is to come back again all because they are financially greedy.
I have received fillings here and almost every single one has fallen out with just flossing my teeth. The fillings were also very bumpy and I was told they are normal but it always feels as though I have something on the back of my teeth.
