Dr. Lin and his assistant Alaina are absolutely amazing. I’m always so nervous when I go to the dentist. She made me feel very comfortable and Dr. Lin is the only person I let touch my teeth! Awesome combo thank you so much for helping me keep my teeth and gums healthy! See you in 6 months!
0/5. I will not be returning. First of all, I was called to reschedule my appointment to one hour earlier. I show up and they are running behind?? I sat in the lobby for 12 minutes before getting called back only to sit and wait for the dentist until nearly 40 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. I had to ask the staff several times how much longer even though THEY rescheduled MY appointment. The hygienist next to me was coughing the entire time. Dr Lynn and Sandra made the entire visit pleasant and comfortable. I normally have anxiety when coming to the dentist but not here. Thank you guys and thank you to the entire staff.
Not thrilled. Went in there to have a bridge done on my lower teeth and when they put it in they filed on my denture which screwed up my bite. My bottom teeth now hit the top of my denture in the roof of my mouth. My overbite is so much worse. Now I'm concerned I will start having problems with vertigo again. Even when I told the assistant that the bite was good she still filed more off. They don't fix their mistakes, guess I'm just supposed to deal with it. Best dental experience of my 40+ years. I've never had staff so caring, checking in with the patient frequently, polite, friendly, and great at their jobs. From X-ray tech, to cavity drilling by the doctor, and fillings by assistant, it was nice to know they were with me every step of the way. They helped accommodate my disability and Medicaid limitations as well, figuring out a plan forward. Immediately recommended to my family & friends!
