We are SO appreciative of this office & staff! They offered a welcoming environment, calmed my anxious child's fears, they are also friendly, professional and caring. They offered an excellent explanation of what needed to be done & gave us options to accomplish that. The dentists and orthodontists here are great. Love that we can come to the same place for both needs. We have been coming here for years for dental (4 kids) and my daughter also got braces here. She just got them off last month and the results were phenomenal. They are fast to schedule and get you in for an emergency when needed. Flexible payment options. Super friendly, very clean, and great with the kids. They also give a prize when the kids leave and they love it.
Since our horrible experience at this place, the front desk associate was one of the rudest people we have ever dealt with. Please remember that you are representing doctors and a professional office. Your body language was awful, and your appearance was very unprofessional. In my opinion, this office was extremely disappointing. The doctors were loud and obnoxious, and it felt more like they were focused on taking people’s money than providing proper care.
