My daughter spent years with Dr. Dutton and we have always had a great, professional experience with Copper Mine. Friendly staff, clean office, kind hygienists. Highly recommend!
There are not many people who want to visit the dentist for annual checkups. All the staff at this office are great to be around and are able to make you relaxed even going through procedures such as a root canal or a crown. They will answer any questions you have and are always friendly. I always enjoy going to this office and chatting to the personnel.
I’ve been a patient here with my son for over 10 years and always had high expectations, but today’s experience left me very disappointed and concerned. We were taken back more than 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment, only after I went up to ask. Even more troubling was what happened during my son’s orthodontic treatment. The dentists and hygienists are excellent. They are very concerned with the comfort of the patient insofar as that is possible when receiving dental work. The staff is very good at working with insurance. Estimates for treatments are clear and accurate.
Excellent experience getting two crowns replaced. Ken Manalo and his assistant April were very professional and skillful. It was also great to get my new crowns the same day.
