Yesterday (July10) I received my crown in record time!!! It is fantastic that I can get this process completed with only 1 appointment. The staff along with Dr. Moore are so helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate the entire staff at Create a Smile!!! Debbie Harding

Create a smile has a friendly atmosphere as soon as you enter the building. This was the first time I went by myself and it was easy. No weird questions about signing up for random stuff, just simple and straightforward excellent customer service. The Doctors and Assistants know what they're doing and they're fun to talk to. They aren't boring like some are at other places, they get to know you and relate to you on a personal level.
I love visiting your office. Everyone is so friendly and efficient. I love my hygienist, Shelley. She is so nice. She makes a trip to the dentist into an enjoyable experience. You guys also have such cool, state-of-the-art equipment.
Dr. Moore and his staff are dedicated, knowledgeable, caring and very courteous. I was seen promptly at my appointment time for a restoration/filling. I felt very comfortable throughout the procedure, and I have not had any post-op complications. I will enthusiastically recommend Dr. Moore to my friends, family members and colleagues.

Dearest create a smile, I have been a patient for 13 plus years with this office. The care I receive, in my opinion, is top notch. From the moment you enter the office to the setting of your next appointment, the staff is very friendly and help create a welcoming atmosphere.
