I lacked proper dental care for years and neglected my teeth had a major cavity. Highly nervous and anxious. I hate dentist. However was extremely nervous coming in. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and understanding and compassionate. I was amazed that it wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. The tooth unfortunately needs pulling along with three other various teeth. They agreed with me that oral surgery is best due to my nervousness. So first step accomplished and on to the next one. They do a wonderful job! I have never left there upset or not ever wanting to go back like I have at other dentist offices. My 4 year old daughter has gone with us since she was 2 and now is always looking forward to going. Hope my son is the same way, but they have worked with her and always have made it a good experience (hoping she doesn't end up with a cavity or that may all go down hill...lol). Keep up the great job!
Professionalism at its finest!! Very clean, staff are all courteous & friendly! Care giving at its best!! The staff does a stellar job! DR. Mark Paschen always does an exceptional job, his mannerisms & professionalism is beyond compare!! My family & I all go to dental associates and have been extremely well pleased with everything!! Wow. Just wow. Ended up with a pretty bad cracked tooth - super painful! The staff at Dental Assoc. [Particularly Tami, Ashley, Lisa, Annie and Dr Reid] were so kind to get me in and take care of it quickly and pain free! Can't THANK them enough for getting me back on track! ����
Receptionists were polite, informative, and efficient. Hygienist Kim was amazing! Personable, kept me calm and informed through every step. I came in nervous and left happy and confident.
