I am not sure what has happened over the past 12-18 months, but the Garner (Cleveland) office has gone downhill. My tech recorded NONE of my treatment plans. Someone else's demographic information was placed into my chart, and don't even get me started on billing. Most recently, I paid $250 for a crown (double insured), only to find out it will cost me $372 more to get my permanent crown (they failed to tell me this, l only found out when l went to pick up my permanent crown). These people withheld informed consent from me and took over 3000 dollars my money and went out of their way to destroy my reputation with the insurance company, other dentists, and Invisalign. They don’t have any business overseeing patients. Beware that if you go to their office, they will not tell you everything so they can take your money and they will Jack up your teeth. The one assistant who was actually treating me told me to use antibacterial soap to clean my Invisalign trays. My teeth are crooked, I don’t breath... read more
