I absolutely love this dental office! From the friendly front desk staff to the amazing dental team, every visit is a positive experience. I'm so thrilled I gave Diamond Star Dental a chance. After having so many issues with my last dentist office. The experience here is sooo much better. The ladies and staff are so amazing. So friendly and always on top of things. I haven't had to call them once to find out any info regarding any of my dental work. They always call or text me to keep me informed and updated. Literally the worst dental place I’ve ever been to. The receptionist lady will lie to you and tell you. She doesn’t have your phone number when you’ve been going there for six months and then say that you have three missed appointments. Just to kick you out. This place is a complete disappointment. I wouldn’t come here and if you do keep records of Text messages and calls, because this place likes to lie and say they don’t have your phone number when they obviously do. I caught them in a lie. My appointment with Diamond Star Dental was a really good experience, employees and doctor very attentive, I was a little afraid but everything went smoothly and that’s because of the nice employees they have.
This dental office gives excellent customer service.They were so patient with my autistic son. He was a challenge, but they were so sweet, compassionate, and patient with him. I highly recommend this dental office due to a wonderful staff and knowledgeable dentist.
