I absolutely love this dentist office! They are always friendly. They are very thorough with all the work they do. They don’t just sell dental care and wellness they educate you on it too. Not the mention the free Netflix shows and movie we can watch to ease the nerves. 10/10 in my book! Best dentist I been to in my 22 years of living.
What an amazing dentist!!! It has been years since I have seen a dentist and after being referred to him by a friend, I decided to go see to Dr. Sapigao at Diamond Star Dental. I was anxious since he was new to me but the office is very clean, his staff is very friendly, and Dr. Sapigao was kind and patient. He explained, in detail, what he is doing before and after the exam. I have never had a dentist that worked so hard to make sure that I had the best experience. Again, he is an amazing dentist. 5/5 👍👍👍
Went two decades without proper dental care due to extreme anxiety. Finally tried Dr Sapigao and happy I did. Very calm demeanor and watching Tv or listening to music while they work helps a lot. Thought I’d need sedation but turns out I didn’t. Highly recommend.
They are just top notch! The way the handle care is so caring and efficient. My daughter felt so comfortable considering it was her first visit so that says a lot. Keep up the great work everyone. Dr S was also fantastic! He elaborates every attentive need with excellent details. I’m definitely impressed and have scheduled my appointment in a few weeks! I’m excited!!!!
To start with, the front desk receptionist was absolutely the sweetest. She was quick with the process of checking me in and getting forms completed. The wait was not long at all. They made the experience feel welcomed and comfortable. Once I was taken to the back, a very nice woman took X-rays of my teeth and was very informative, quick, and made that process the easiest.
