I absolutely love this dentist office! They are always friendly. They are very thorough with all the work they do. They don’t just sell dental care and wellness they educate you on it too. Not the mention the free Netflix shows and movie we can watch to ease the nerves. 10/10 in my book! Best dentist I been to in my 22 years of living.
What an amazing dentist!!! It has been years since I have seen a dentist and after being referred to him by a friend, I decided to go see to Dr. Sapigao at Diamond Star Dental. I was anxious since he was new to me but the office is very clean, his staff is very friendly, and Dr. Sapigao was kind and patient. He explained, in detail, what he is doing before and after the exam. I have never had a dentist that worked so hard to make sure that I had the best experience. Again, he is an amazing dentist. 5/5 👍👍👍
Diamond Star Dental is such an amazing business for dental patients! The staff is professional and polite. The office is also organized, neat, and clean. Dr. Sapigao goes above and beyond with his patients and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable and nervous when assessing your teeth. To this day, I haven't received a phone call from Mary to schedule an appointment. The receptionist stated they take my dental insurance but since my health care is a different plan (which I don't understand what one had to do with the other) all of sudden they can't take my insurance. The receptionist was very rude about the situation and said well you can find another dental office cause we can't help you. Went two decades without proper dental care due to extreme anxiety. Finally tried Dr Sapigao and happy I did. Very calm demeanor and watching Tv or listening to music while they work helps a lot. Thought I’d need sedation but turns out I didn’t. Highly recommend.
