Great customer service and great doc
I called Drs. Dobbins and Letourneau because the optometrist I typically go to wasn’t able to see me until mid March. The scheduling coordinator, Brittney, offered me an appointment the SAME DAY that I called! WOW!! She was able to schedule an appointment for me the following day because it worked better for my work schedule. When I walked in, Kacee greeted me with a smile on his face and quickly checked me in for my appointment. Nicole was wonderful to work with, super flexible, and able to complete most everything over the phone. Highly recommend for the flexibility and pricing.
Today was only my second appointment with this office, but let me tell you, it’s like coming home to family. My only complaint is that you never want your visit to be over. ;) Clifton introduced us to this clinic, and supported me from connecting with Dr. Tomatsu to assessing what I really wanted.
