Highly recommend this office! After some not-so-great dental experiences in Charlotte, I was pleasantly surprised here. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and walk you through any treatment options. I did take off one star because as a new patient, you’re required to schedule a consultation before scheduling a cleaning. I had one of the most exceptional experiences at Dynamic Dental than I’ve had at any dentist office in many many years! From the front desk staff, to the assistant (Dee), to the hygienist (Carlos), the doctor, and even meet the Office Manager (Liz). Everyone was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and well skilled in their roles. Being new to the Charlotte area, it was very important that I find a dental practice that would care about me and my dental care. Thank you guys! You are AMAZING!

Went in for my six months cleaning, Carlos (hygienist) and the dentist were both excellent. I have a lot of sensitivity to scraping on my teeth, and this was one of the most comfortable cleaning sessions I've had. 10/10 would recommend
