Absolutely amazing team. Very serviceable, very attentive and friendly. From the front desk ladies to the technician, doc and hygienist, the level of competence and professionalism showed in every aspect of my visit. Dentist appts are always a nerve wracking experience but this team made me feel at ease, comfortable and confident in their work. They’re stuck with me for all future dental needs!
As an anxious 20 something, going to the dentist after not having visited one for several years was quite daunting. The staff and their service at DD made me feel so relaxed and comfortable during my exam, something I cannot overstate! Dr. Mann is very “less is more” when it comes to treatment plans - for example, I went in because i was worried about a spot that looked like a cavity. Unfortunately I did not have the best experience here. I had to make 3 separate appointments for initial consult, cleaning, and fillings and they were only open 1 day a week. The cleaning was actually painful when they were assessing my gums which I have never experienced at a dentist before. I did like the dentist himself though!
Miranda was amazing. The entire team explained things to me in a way I understood and ensured I knew what the next steps were. Anytime I call, they are available to answer the phone which I really appreciate as I've had a hard time making appointments at other places in the past. They've also called me themselves to inform me of cancellations so I can come in at an earlier time in the day. Very sweet and caring team.
All around great experience going here. I had to go for a cleaning and some additional work. The team there could not have been friendlier from greeting you with a good mood and smile when you walk in to explaining every step of what they would be doing so you feel comfortable. Miranda was so nice in making sure whatever work they did I was not in pain leaving and throughout the whole process made sure they could do whatever possible to make it an easier visit.
