Miranda was amazing. The entire team explained things to me in a way I understood and ensured I knew what the next steps were. Anytime I call, they are available to answer the phone which I really appreciate as I've had a hard time making appointments at other places in the past. They've also called me themselves to inform me of cancellations so I can come in at an earlier time in the day. Very sweet and caring team.
Unfortunately I did not have the best experience here. I had to make 3 separate appointments for initial consult, cleaning, and fillings and they were only open 1 day a week. The cleaning was actually painful when they were assessing my gums which I have never experienced at a dentist before. I did like the dentist himself though!
I went to Dynamic Dental for my first visit after not attending a dentists office for approximately 2 years. Everyone in the office was incredibly friendly and professional, especially Courtney at the front desk with her help ahead of my appointment, and Miranda as she helped me with my initial X-Rays. I am confident that Dynamic Dental will take excellent care of my teeth for the foreseeable future.
All around great experience going here. I had to go for a cleaning and some additional work. The team there could not have been friendlier from greeting you with a good mood and smile when you walk in to explaining every step of what they would be doing so you feel comfortable. Miranda was so nice in making sure whatever work they did I was not in pain leaving and throughout the whole process made sure they could do whatever possible to make it an easier visit.
