This dental office is awesome 👌 I've been going to this location for the past few years, and I love them. Dr.Shah has taken very good care of me during each of my visits. She's very knowledgeable, and lets you know what is going on with your teeth every step of the way. She also has a wonderful, and beautiful assistant Gisela, who helps her with all of their patient's. Both of them together make a great team. Had a really great first appointment with them. The dr was very professional and answered all my questions, hygienist was also very thorough and kind. Also really appreciated how they got me in earlier than my original appointment.
I had an overall great experience at east village dental center, loved my hygienist Cris and her assistant Yanira. They are a great team, and the doctor was amazing and explained everything in detail.
They are great! The only thing is you need to communicate better with you clients by answering the phone and your text. But the care is excellent!
I’ve been going here since I was a child I am now 26 I don’t know what has happened here but the services is not the same. I’ve been having an issue that they continue to say they’re trying to resolve on their end for over a two months. I have left multiple voicemails and no one has got back to me yet. I work in surgery and it’s extremely hard for me to go in person to inquiry why none of my concerns have been resolved and I guess I’m going to have to take a day off of work not to receive service here but to basically get a... read more
