I was very impressed with the Dental Hygiene Staff "Priscilla". I was seen there a few Months ago and she provided the BEST care that I have ever experienced at a Dentist Office. She took her time, explained everything that she was about to do, asked if I was ok as she did her job and did it with a Caring Professional Attitude. I had an amazing experience at this Dental office. Gigi at the front desk was very helpful, Luis was the assistant who helped me and was very nice the whole time. Dr. Sylvana was amazing, the best dentist I found in Charlotte ✨🥰. I’m definitely coming back!
What a dental clinic! Absolutely perfect, very professional and utilizing top dental Supplies. Got to the USA to visit my son and started getting pain on the way to USA. Headed to Elite Clinic and they have not given up until they found what was causing the pain. Dr. Sylvana and the assistant Luis were amazing. 5 days later I have had a canal treatment and the crown will be ready soon. Top service in Charlotte NC!
Im glad i got to know Dr. Chimenti Sylvana and had a chance to visit her practice within 1 week scheduled. Very much appreciate her and her assistant for taking care of my teeth. They were friendly, professional and provided a very good service. The office is new and clean! Teeth were cleaned up well and all checked up carefully. this is def a better Go-Go than my previous one.
I had a great experience here, they were flexible and able to squeeze me in for an emergency repair on my tooth. The whole team was helpful from the front desk to the assistants to the doc! Would recommend
