Dr. Wiersema was awesome. I never felt any pain for my root canal. It was a good experience for my first visit and hopefully my last!

Very disappointing. First of all, it was more than 1 hour drive to reach. Where do I start, my first problem was with their process to obtain authorizations. You come in, they tell you they'll obtain your authorization and give you an appointment in 4 weeks. Keep in mind they tell you this process may take longer and prepare you to pay for half the service cost if it's not ready in 4 weeks. On my 1st of two root canal appointments set, there was no authorization set or even filed yet for either teeth. and I'm being asked to ... read more
