Great team, very welcoming, very responsive to your needs and your questions from the administrative assistant to the doctor and his assistant. Dr Urbanczyk and his assistant were great. the procedure and the all experience was one of the most "enjoyable", if you can call drilling enjoyable. I would strongly recommend them. Dr. Urbanczyk was very professional but personal. He was very knowledgeable and used the gentle wave in order to save 2 teeth. His hygienists were professional and knowledgeable as well. The receptionist took my temperature when I arrived and all of the staff were wearing masks.

I have used this office on several occasions. There staff are extremely professional. I would not go any where else. I have used Dr Urbanczyk several times. He is very professional along with his assistant. His bedside manor is great. I can not speak highly enough about him and his office staff. They get a five star out of 5 stars. Surprisingly gentle process, very relaxed tone, attentive to any discomfort. Though it took longer than filling a cavity, it did not feel much different.

I was referred there by a periodontist for work that I was told I shouldn’t have at this time. I didn’t have in’s at the time and was given a figure to pay that was totally fair to me. The receptionist is so professional and caring I can’t believe it. The whole staff has treated me on a level that I would consider them all best friends. My 1st appt a 3D Xray 2 C a infection above a crown, root canal done that same day. Superb service, completed after 2 more appts with a expected fee and a $500 discount due to insurance not covering a 3rd of the bill. Payment plan accepted, paid off in 6 months.
