Faith is an extraordinary Registered Dental Hygienist. She is the absolute Best. She is thorough and gentle. She actually creates an environment that feels more like a spa than a dental office. Years ago she patiently helped me create a simple and healthy routine to best care for my teeth and gums. The results have been amazing.
Working with Faith I began to understand that Good oral hygiene requires active maintenance. As JFK said, “The best time to fix the roof is when the sun is shining.”
I am so grateful that Faith has helped me see the big picture and understand the relationship between oral health and overall wellness and realize that Oral Health is an essential part of staying Healthy.

I have brushed my teeth way too hard since college and eroded the enamel to the dentin on many teeth. It was never a big issue until the enamel face sheared off a tooth while eating some candy.
Dr. Flax took a conservative approach and used surface bonding today to resolve the issue on 8 teeth. This was a minimally invasive approach and much more cost effective for me than veneers and I could not be happier with the results. My smile looks great!
Finally! After almost 30 years of eroded enamel, my teeth and smile look fantastic! I am currently using the teeth whitening system from Dr. Flax and can't wait to get in front of customers in a future sales engagement after we return to the new COVID-19 normal.
Having the confidence to boldly smile, and show your teeth, is so valuable and such a confidence booster.
I should have done this years ago. All smiles now.

My previous dentist recommended Dr. Flax for the initial purpose of having access to anesthesia to overcome an issue with getting an impression. Much to my surprise I learned that dentistry technology could now provide me with options that were previously not available. Because of the amazing technological options and the patient approach of Dr. Flax and his team I could not be more pleased with the plan I have been presented with for reconstruction and I look forward to the outcome.

When my smile needed a major overhaul, I wanted a qualified and professional cosmetic dentist with a friendly manner. I wanted someone who kept up with the latest technology so that I could get the best smile in the most comfortable manner possible.
Although most dentists offer cosmetic treatments, few of them have the stellar credentials of Dr Flax..He's a member and past president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry as well as the founding president of the Georgia Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He also exceeds his continuing education requirements and lectures about cosmetic dentistry throughout the world.
My smile speaks for itself. After having veneers and implants, I couldn't be happier with the results! Thanks Dr. Flax and you team of professionals that make me feel welcome as soon as I walk though the door!

Simply stated, Dr. Flax is wonderful and truly the best dentist in Atlanta. I cannot praise and recommend Dr. Flax and Tracy, his superb assistant, highly enough, especially for anyone who fears or dreads going to the dentist. Most important, Dr. Flax has incredible skill and does excellent work. In addition to transforming my smile with crowns and veneers, Dr. Flax has treated me for other complicated dental procedures and the results have always been painless and amazing. Dr. Flax is kind, gentle and takes the time to explain procedures no matter how many questions are asked, as does Tracy. They are a terrific team! Flax Dental is outstanding in every way.

Flax Dental is a top-notch operation, well run, and very client-centered. From the moment you enter the door you are made to feel special. Every staff member is exceptional at what they do and the dentistry is cutting edge. Dr. Flax has offered me a well-designed plan for my (aging) teeth and respects my wishes for non-invasive techniques and natural products. I would like to give a special recognition to Faith, my favorite hygienist of all time. She has such a gentle touch and sets you right at ease while she uses a laser technique to clean the teeth. It is such a pleasant experience from start to finish there is no need to employ the death grip I usually reserve for dental cleanings. Very happy to have found this outstanding practice.
