Horrible and surprising experience at Friendly Dental on Creekside. Reading the reviews prior to going should have stopped me. The Dr was very unprofessional, misogynistic and dismissive. I knew something was off when I heard the way he was talking to another female that was crying because she was nervous about her teeth he showed no empathy and kept asking if she was ok mentally, she kept saying she was ok just nervous. Staff was fine The timeliness for took too long! They had to keep sending the partials back 3- time for refitted. She lost weight and couldn't eat well. We hope they can improve the process. Especially for senior patients.

I called for the first time on a Monday, they were able to get me in the next day on Tuesday at 2:00, no problem scheduling. Upon arriving I was greeted very nicely and was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival. I was given a dental treatment plan. I knew I had a lot of problems already Yes it seems expensive but it seems in line with other dentists in the area. We do live in the 15th largest city in the United States.
