Horrible and surprising experience at Friendly Dental on Creekside. Reading the reviews prior to going should have stopped me. The Dr was very unprofessional, misogynistic and dismissive. I knew something was off when I heard the way he was talking to another female that was crying because she was nervous about her teeth he showed no empathy and kept asking if she was ok mentally, she kept saying she was ok just nervous. I had an appointment on February the 5th for pain in the tooth. Now the doctor suggested Invisaligns and sensodyne for my crooked smile and sensitivity to the my teeth. When doing my daily brush I used my concave mirror because my teeth is still giving me problem. I've noticed black markings on my teeth. Before coming into this appointment I express that I may have cavities due to the pain I receive when eating certain food items. They over looked the problem and instead tried to charge me for other dental items.

Very professional and they explain everything! This is the best communication I’ve received from any Dentist, dental assistant, hygienist, etc. Highly recommend!
