Any review BEFORE 4/20 is irrelevant as that DDS (Miles) retired. I went to that office for 12 years and loved it. After 4/20 new DRs came in. The first one was OK. But after the name changed to "Friendly" the continuity was gone. I gave 2 stars because the hygienist I had (at Friendly) was good. But I was getting a new DDS every time I visited, which I don't care for. The last visit (about 12/22) I had Patel who scheduled work (turns out some of it was not needed) but gave me anesthesia which caused a severe reaction I ha... read more

I called for the first time on a Monday, they were able to get me in the next day on Tuesday at 2:00, no problem scheduling. Upon arriving I was greeted very nicely and was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival. I was given a dental treatment plan. I knew I had a lot of problems already Yes it seems expensive but it seems in line with other dentists in the area. We do live in the 15th largest city in the United States. I saw lamisha today & she was very friendly ! they got me a dental plan together fast. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice. Set my appointment for a pm time and was called to come in early if I wanted to which is a plus

I would not recommend this place to a single, so even if you’re dental hygiene depended on it and this was the last place in the nation to go to. Be sure to do extensive research! The front office staff is uneducated, especially Megan. And the doctor Legal last name Dr. Khondoker, voluntarily changes his last name to something completely different such as Mo. Staff was fine The timeliness for took too long! They had to keep sending the partials back 3- time for refitted. She lost weight and couldn't eat well. We hope they can improve the process. Especially for senior patients.
