Amazing office! My first time at this location changing from my office of 20 years this was a great first visit. Everyone was super friendly & helpful. The office set up was nice and clean. The view of the pond next door from my patient chair was probably my favorite part, I’ve spent years of my childhood at that pond so that was great for me. The service was exceptional! I even ran a few minutes late due to going to the wrong location and they were still able to accommodate. I definitely recommend.

Friendly Dental Group is just what their name states…FRIENDLY! All of the staff extended superior service. From the front desk to the dental team, their hospitality was compared to none! My first time meeting Dr. Mendez, I was scheduled for an extraction. He made sure I was ok and calm throughout the process. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. We had a wonderful experience with Illiana and Dr. Mendez. Illiana listened to our concerns and addressed every single one of them with compassion, kindness, and competence. Her explanations were clear and thorough and she made sure we understood every step of the way. She was extremely patient, friendly, and warm. Dr. Mendez was also amazing! If I could give Friendly Dental Group of Creekside location 6 stars I would. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly from the moment we checked in at the front desk to all the staff. My daughter was very apprehensive about having some cavities filled, however Dr. Barbie and her assistant were very positive, calming, and friendly. Thank you for helping her through this and making her dental appointment very positive.

I am beyond disappointed with the care (or lack of care) my family received. My sister, who is one of the most patient and kind people I know, brought her son in with a serious tooth infection and visible facial swelling—clearly in pain and in need of urgent treatment. Before this visit, she called ahead, explained everything in detail, and was told to bring him in. She waited four days for this appointment, believing they would treat him.
