This place is AMAZING!!!!! From the time I made my appointment, came to the office for my first visit and beyond…..The staff is ALWAYS polite, courteous, friendly, kind and professional, I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and hello. Everyone that I have come in contact with is pleasant, if they had a bad day, night etc. they don’t bring it to work and that speaks volumes to me. I have enjoyed being here at Creed side at Family Dental office. I had to find Dr. Mendez who was my doctor in Kannapolis. Dr. Mendez was my doctor then he left. I was still going to Kannapolis Friendly dentist but they had different dentist looking in my mouth. I was having a problem with my gum or tooth then Doctor Hollis gave me a month wash for seven days. Then I can back and a different doctor told me I had a cavity and needed to have a root canal done or abstracted. I decided to located Dr. Mendez. I am so happy I did.... read more
Dr. Mendez, office staff, and hygentist have been absolutely wonderful! When I say I have avoided dentists for 10years I am not lying. In the last 2 weeks I have visited this office 4 times to have lots of work done. Every single time I was made to feel comfortable. Dr. Mendez has a great personality and has been very gentle and mindful when I would feel pain during the work! Highly recommend this office.
I love Friendly Dental of Creekside! My kids and I have been going to the office for over a year now and each time the process is smooth. Very professional and great customer service! I love the ladies at the front desk! Overall great experience.
They’re the best. Beginning with the excellent manners and attention of the complete staff. They treat you like you’re royalty. The doctor is amazing and the work made very good. Beautiful crowns. Very satisfied. I recommend them very much.
