I just had a total mouth reconstruction completed. Dr. Mahmud was very thorough in both explaining the process beforehand and addressing any concerns. He was very diligent in terms of not rushing the timeline and ensuring that all of the crowns were prepared correctly, taking time to have adjustments made off the model where needed to ensure an optimal outcome. Was also very willing to work with financial concerns to adjust the price.
This place is awesome. My sister referred me and I am so glad she did. The front desk staff are very nice and welcoming. The hygienist was very informative. Dr Morrison was awesome as well. I did not feel rushed to make a decision about treatments and I didnt feel robbed when I received my bill. Its hard finding a good dentist who is also reasonably priced. My search is over. I will be back AND will recommend them to anyone I can.
I came in today and met John, a regional manager apparently. He was VERY nice! His knowledge of dentistry was unreal. He explained my treatment clearly to me and did not make me feel pressured. Thank you John!
