My favorite place to go for injuries :) They are quick and efficient at helping!
Have been going for 4 weeks for a hip injury. Matt was my pt. Lovedthe underwater treadmill. I am 100% better, and would highly recommend H and O Physical Rehab.
I was very impressed with the staff and the attention I received in my therapy. Justin is great! Dry Needling is amazing for pain and recovery!

Thes guys are awesome. Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had surgery on my foot six weeks ago. They were able to get me back to within a month of starting therapy. I just had my last appointment today and feel great. I highly recommend them to any in need of it.
Very patient, understanding and friendly staff. They push and encourage YOU in all the right ways because they want to help YOU recover in a way that is still comfortable for YOU. In other words, the only thing they care about is YOU. I have never left my appointments in a bad mood. You may leave a bit sore but the results will have you coming back. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends if they ever need physical therapy.
Dave Moss and his staff were great! Dave is very experienced. I loved the various treatments they used for my shoulder rehabilitation. I would definitely go to Dave again if necessary.
When I first saw Kim I was in severe pain and had been seeing a pain specialist. She gently but skillfully treated me with a multi-modality approach. After just a few visits my pain decreased and today I am pain free. Kim is one of the kindest people I know and treats me as a whole person always acknowledging my comments.
