Yesterday was only my 2nd time at Hand and Orthopedic Physical therapy. When I walk in its beautiful, clean and smiles from everyone. They have already helped me with significant movement in my hand. I could not move it from complications after a bad brake and surgeries. They cheer me on with every little success. Tyler and her group are very knowledgeable. They have helped me have hope. I'm looking forward to more time there in Murray. And I am already telling my friends and family how awesome they all are. THANK YOU THANK Y... read more
I came to Hand and Orthopedic in January with shoulder impingement. I had limited range of motion, and a lot of pain. After about a dozen sessions with Dave Moss and his staff, I graduated yesterday essentially free from pain with almost full range of motion. Dave and his staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Hand and Orthopedic!
I broke my back and tore muscles and ligaments in a fall. I was in terrible pain and Kim worked on me and I am now virtually pain free. She also spent time on a nagging foot problem and my walking is the best it has been in fifteen years. This place is amazing. So is Kim
I had been struggling with nagging lower back pain from a climbing injury for over 6 months and I had become discouraged that I wasn’t making much progress. I started seeing Justin Carrier and his crew at Hand and Orthopedic. They did a great job of assessing my injury and were even able to show me a few exercises in the first visit that helped me strengthen my back and relieve my pain about 50% on the first visit. I saw them about 10 times over the following 4 months and my back has improved significantly from both a pain a... read more
I saw justin and he really shows that he cares and also knows his stuff very well.
Kim Mezzella and both Seirras were just amazing and knowledgeable. Customized compassionate consistent care from these ladies allowed me to recover in a supportive environment. I went from being in immense pain to being able to go back to work in a reasonable period of time. I learned sooo much from them and loved this experience. I’d highly recommend Kim to family and friends. Great people with a great passion for helping people get better.
I can honestly say that Hand and Ortho is the best physical therapy experience I have ever had. The receptionists were always friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well organized. Kim and Sierra are the best. They were always concerned about me and what I needed from a blanket to keep me warm or the exact exercises I needed to help me the most backing away from ones that caused extra pain. I have recommended Hand and Ortho [and Kim and Sierra] to friends and to my Primary care doctor. I also appreciated how easy it... read more
Dave and his crew are awesome! I had both my knees replaced within 6 months of each other. Hand & Ortho PT got me back on my feet. They encouraged me and helped me gain not only more mobility but more confidence. Thank you Hand & Ortho for helping me get my life back.
