Dr. Matt Gubler and his team at Hand and Orthopedic Physical Therapy Specialists have done wonders for me. Their therapy helped my sore hip feel better. Then they worked on my left arm which is healing from a broken humerus. Dr. Gubler also is helping to heal my chronic migraine headaches with a technique called "dry needling." For the first time in two years, my daily migraines are letting up and I feel some hope for improved health. The team of therapists is welcoming, helpful, and cheerful. I highly recommend this place o... read more

Jay and Boyd were amazing with my recovery process. I had foot and ankle surgery and Jay was able to work his magic during my visits to PT and got me up and walking again. The staff at Hand and Orthopedic are all very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for any PT that you may need.

I've had a chronic neck and shoulder pain for awhile, but I worked with Jay Turcuato at the Draper location and have more flexibility in my left shoulder than I've had in a couple of years. It was a pleasant experience all around from making appointments, to check-in at the front desk, the treatment and therapy and paying the bill. I chose them on a recommendation from a friend, and will recommend them to anyone I know who needs PT in the future.

I injured my shoulder the beginning of September. I went from being able to do 20+ pull ups to only 1 and it hurt A LOT. After about a month of icing/heating/stretching/ibuprofen and even a steroid shot I saw no improvements so I reached out to Hand & Ortho. I started to work with Justin Carrier and at first we had trouble pinpointing where the injury was. After a couple of visits doing soft tissue work we didn't see much improvement so we did some more ROM tests and tried to flare it up by simulating the pulling movement I ... read more

Eight months after miniscus surgery on my right knee, I was still having a lot of pain. My first round of physical therapy with TOSH made the condition worse, and my therapist simply concluded, "You're a complicated case and I can't help you." My orthopedic surgeon later suggested the Hand and Orthopedic Physical Therapy Specialists. Kimberly Mazzella and her assistant, Sierra, took me under their wings and patiently and compassionately worked with me, making numerous adjustments as my complex conditions changed. After three... read more

Ryan Fuhriman and his team are amazing! I have been treated by them 4 different times for 4 different issues. Each time I have come away able to resume my regular exercise routine. I always joke that I hope to see them again in a year or two, but not really. Truthfully, there is no one else I would trust my almost 60 body with than Ryan and his team! They are like family to me!!! I tell everyone who is having issues with a body part that Ryan is the one to see.

If you want a well-trained, experienced physical therapist who treats the whole person and not just your injury, you should see Kimberley Mazzella. I have seen Kim for three different sports injuries because she really knows what treatments will help you heal and get you back to the activities you love. At my first appointment she did a complete assessment and developed a treatment plan for not only my injury, but other related areas as well. She is skilled in providing various treatments, including exercises, manipulation, ... read more
