I would like to express a concern regarding communication with your office. Calls are rarely answered, and voice messages are often not returned. This makes it very difficult to reach someone when assistance is needed. Please consider hiring enough qualified reception staff to properly handle phone calls. Additionally, having an official office email where patients/clients can send messages would greatly improve communication and help reduce call overload. I’ve been a patient of Dr.Shazia Billal since 2004 when I was diagnosed with colon cancer.She has been with me every step of that journey…She has great bedside manners and she is so patient. I love the fact that she doesn’t rush you in and out and she listens to you…She cares about your concerns. I love the fact that she’s supportive of Wholelistic Therapies too…. I really enjoy coming to this office in the Woodlands. The experience of patient service is A-1 from to the front desk at check in to the ladies in the back they always listen and make me feel rushed. The provided very nice, listens, and patient care is wonderful. I just enjoy coming here cause I know I'm gonna be taken care of quickly, effectively, and with compassion. Great job every time.
