I would like to express a concern regarding communication with your office. Calls are rarely answered, and voice messages are often not returned. This makes it very difficult to reach someone when assistance is needed. Please consider hiring enough qualified reception staff to properly handle phone calls. Additionally, having an official office email where patients/clients can send messages would greatly improve communication and help reduce call overload. I've been going to see her for about 20 yrs, and I have ro say, she is one of the best Drs I've gone to! Even my family will only see her as well!

I really enjoy coming to this office in the Woodlands. The experience of patient service is A-1 from to the front desk at check in to the ladies in the back they always listen and make me feel rushed. The provided very nice, listens, and patient care is wonderful. I just enjoy coming here cause I know I'm gonna be taken care of quickly, effectively, and with compassion. Great job every time. I love coming here. Every time I visit, I receive stellar care! Dr. Billal has a great bedside manner and is very caring, empathetic and knowledgeable. All of the nurse practitioners are knowledgeable and caring as well. My son came and was diagnosed with strep and was taken care of very well. I will continue to come here and refer others as well.

Dr. Billal is amazing. She is by far the best doctor I’ve ever dealt with. She takes her time and listens to your concerns. The staff is great and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good primary care physician.
