I was very impressed! The staff is very friendly and good with kids. The Dr was also very friendly and was telling jokes with my son. The office itself is very clean and the technology they have is top notch.

Very caring and compassionate with children. We had Sara as our assistant and she was just phenomenal! She explained everything to my 9yo and made sure she understood and was comfortable with her care. When the Dr was in she was always a step ahead of him, it was just amazing to watch.

Would rate lower if I could, absolutely do not go here if your insurance is accepted somewhere else go there. I cant speak for the orthodontists but some of the techs, I would never want near my mouth. I have had a pallet expander braces for 7 years and my team at corner dental was amazing. Hearing what my sibling has gone though at this dentist is absolutely unacceptable, she's been made to bleed and cry while being ignored wanting the technician to stop. Dr. Ludwig is great ! She is patient and explains what's happening thoroughly. My daughter loved that the Doctor asked her if there were any teeth that felt like they weren't straight enough since she'll be getting her braces off soon.

I would rate higher but as a prior service Army combat veteran communication and a person's time are 2 things I don't take lightly. This is my 3rd child I've had orthodontic work done with HLS/HLH and I haven't had much of an issue until today when there was a failure of communication on HLS/HLH's end which resulted in me being over an hour and a half late to pick up one of my daughters from school and 15 minutes late picking up my other daughter from work.
