Professional, knowledgeable and polite staff. Apologetic about the fact that due to unforeseen circumstances the dental hygienists weren’t there so my cleaning had to be rescheduled. I highly recommend them!

Best dentist in town! I highly recommend this place to everyone. Dr Chen is so humble, patient and explains everything so well! He has the most gentle hands while working on your teeth. The staff is also very welcoming and makes you feel at ease. If you’re looking for a dentist please visit this place!!!

A crown came of, the staff were able to get me in right away. The technician Kaycee was awesome! Dr Chen rocks! Fixed quickly with no pain.

I am very impressed with Johns Creek Dental Associates. Everyone is authentically friendly, professional, and talented - from the front office, dental hygienists, dental assistants, to Dr. Chen. The up to date technology and equipment sets this dental practice miles apart from my previous dentists. I also loved that when I asked to have all of my old fillings replaced with tooth colored fillings, Dr. Chen said he could do all of them in one visit. I generally get nervous going to the dentist, but this experience was remarkably different. The communication during the procedure, the genuine care, the professionalism during the procedure is much appreciated by me. I especially love that everyone in this practice loves working for Dr. Chen. That speaks volumes to me about the kind of person he is. My whole family will be seeing them soon for cleanings and dental care. I can't wait to hear about their experiences with Dr. Chen and his staff. Highly recommend Johns Creek Dental Associates. Wish I had made the change sooner!

I have had some awful times at the dentist in my past and this office was sensitive to my past experiences and did a great job!!!!! Genuinely concerned about their patients during my visits!!!!!

I love the personnel. Very friendly. I feel very comfortable every time that I went to the office.

Great experience from the front office staff to when I was called back. My hygienist was professional and knowledgeable. Great customer and patient service. Great office
