I was nervous because I'm difficult to numb. Dr Ballard was amazing and patient. He numbed my mouth without much discomfort at all and the root canal was easy. I could not say enough to express how grateful I am for excellent care. No joke I almost left the lobby from fear and even hesitated when his assistant came to take me back. ( She is also very sweet, has a beautiful voice and took great care of me)

Easy to make an appointment, very nice atmosphere and comfortable interior. Very friendly and engaging staff, my experience was beyond expectations. Dr Ballard was professional, he explained and kept me informed of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. Being my first root canal, I was very pleased with the whole process. Thank you….job well done.

Hopefully this is my 1 and only root canal. Dr Scott and the rest of the staff were fantastic. They calmed my anxiety ridden mind and left me with a pain free experience. Two days out and problem free.

HANDS DOWN, I absolutely recommend Knoxville Endo! The environment was clean. The atmosphere was pleasant. Dr. Ballard & his team were delightful. I arrived needing a dental procedure that was long overdue. The got me in FAST. *clapping* Everyone was professional, kind, confident, informative and caring. Doc made it painless!! This was the best possible experience for a root canal. Dr Scott and Cayden were both very friendly and professional, doing everything possible to make sure I was comfortable. Could not have hoped for a better team taking care of this procedure. Kindness, compassion, and respect. Thank you so much!
