HANDS DOWN, I absolutely recommend Knoxville Endo! The environment was clean. The atmosphere was pleasant. Dr. Ballard & his team were delightful. I arrived needing a dental procedure that was long overdue. The got me in FAST. *clapping* Everyone was professional, kind, confident, informative and caring. Doc made it painless!! I had an excellent experience at Knoxville Endodontics. Dr. Benjamin Scott and Betty were absolutely phenomenal—their seamless teamwork was truly impressive. The entire staff was kind and welcoming, which immediately helped ease my nerves about getting a root canal. I highly recommend this office for anyone needing endodontic care.
I had my first root canal done today and I highly recommend Dr. Ballard and his assistant Brittany. I was super nervous and usually need medication for dental procedures, however I didn’t for this as they made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood the process every step of the way! The root canal was a breeze (never thought I would say that!!) and I can’t say enough good things about Knoxville Endodontics!
Dr. Scott and his staff are AMAZING! I went in for my appointment which was 9:00 am. Got there at 8:30 am. Didn’t even have to sit down in the waiting room! The nurse came and got me and took me to my room and Dr. Scott immediately started my root canal! Didn’t feel a thing! I could tell my pain I walked in with was gone immediately! Thank you Dr. Scott! You and your team are AMAZING!!
Professional from the top down .. the office space most inviting and comforting. Staff very pleasant and Dr Ballard has miles of the best bedside manners plus his ability to gain your trust and confidence! Doctor was excellent.
