Kind, friendly, and very efficient. I was dreading having to get a root canal but this place made the procedure the best it could possibly be. Tanya is the best! She made me feel right at home. EXCELLENT CARE was provided in every aspect. And other than Dr. Ballard being an Alabama fan, he was great at his job and very down to earth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Lisa was absolutely phenomenal and made sure that I felt comfortable through the entire process. I’m a rather anxious person and she really put my mind to ease. Dr. Scott was equally as personable and kind. He made sure to let me know where we were in the process and it was completely painless. I live about two hours away and would a hundred percent make the drive again.
The staff was wonderful - Dr. Ballard not so much. Everything he rushed through explaining, a staff member took the time to slow down and explain it to where I could understand. The assistant saved my tooth - it was clear the doctor didn’t care either way.
Great experience. Dr Scott is great. He’s thorough and knowledgeable and very caring. Went in for a root canal and it turned into a double root canal. Lucky me! lol! I felt no pain during the procedure and was numb all day! I highly recommend you get nitrous! 2 thumbs up! Definitely recommend!
We absolutely loved Dr. Ballard and his Asst. They are wonderful. My daughter she's 17 and had a root canal. My daughter was so terrified of doing the procedure. But they made her feel so much better. The procedure was so pleasant because of them. I can't say enough good things about them and the team. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them to others and we will definitely use them again in the future if need be. Thank you so much for everything.
