Great scheduling, coordination and treatment (root canal) . Dr. Ballard and nurse were great at explaining the procedure and options that may occur once things are opened and evident. Super job with aesthetics and actual hands on work. Was better and chewing 8 hours later! Great job and would recommend the practice to anyone needing help!

The staff was very helpful. I had never met Dr. Scott and was nervous. I was pleasantly surprised at how kind he and his assistant were. They made sure I was comfortable at all times. They explained everything as they went along. I’m very thankful I drove almost 4 hours to see him. It was worth it.

My appointment on 3/5 with Dr. Scott for a root canal was painless. I was very pleased with his skill and knowledge. The staff were friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in the front door. Marla, his assistant is great. They seem to work together well as a team. I’m afraid I do have to return to the office for a second root canal, but I will not be anxious this time. Thanks Sharon

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Scott and his staff. Dr. Scott did an amazing job with my root canal; it was the easiest one I've ever had. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I was comfortable. The staff was friendly, patient and very professional too. I would recommend Knoxville Endodontics to anyone.

I was nervous because I'm difficult to numb. Dr Ballard was amazing and patient. He numbed my mouth without much discomfort at all and the root canal was easy. I could not say enough to express how grateful I am for excellent care. No joke I almost left the lobby from fear and even hesitated when his assistant came to take me back. ( She is also very sweet, has a beautiful voice and took great care of me)
