The staff was extremely efficient and friendly. They really made me feel comfortable. It was obvious they enjoyed their jobs, and that happiness transferred to me. Dr. Scott is the best! I had an appointment with Dr Scott to have a root canal done on tooth #31. Unfortunately the tooth had to much decay and needed to be extracted. Dr. Scott and his assistant were so kind and professional in explaining exactly why it could not be saved. The receptionist up front quickly got my paperwork over to my oral surgeon so I could have it extracted and called to let me know she had sent me a copy to my dentist and myself. Thank you Dr. Scott and to you caring and professional staff.

Wow! We went from initial consult to finished root canal in :90. It was painless. Dr Scott did a great job. It felt more like a cavity fill than a RC. I actually went about my day afterwards and even rode a horse that evening. Day 3 now and all good!!!

Dr. Ballard and the nurse did an exceptional job with my procedure (root canal, pin insertion). The reception/ scheduling/billing staff were also great to work with. Highly recommended!

The staff was very helpful. I had never met Dr. Scott and was nervous. I was pleasantly surprised at how kind he and his assistant were. They made sure I was comfortable at all times. They explained everything as they went along. I’m very thankful I drove almost 4 hours to see him. It was worth it.
