Easy to make an appointment, very nice atmosphere and comfortable interior. Very friendly and engaging staff, my experience was beyond expectations. Dr Ballard was professional, he explained and kept me informed of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. Being my first root canal, I was very pleased with the whole process. Thank you….job well done.

This was the best possible experience for a root canal. Dr Scott and Cayden were both very friendly and professional, doing everything possible to make sure I was comfortable. I’ve had a couple of root canals in my life. This root canal was actually amazing compared to the others I have had. Dr. Scott and his assistant were very polite and professional and both made me feel calm and at ease. I would highly recommend this practice for dental care.

I had the best experience with Dr. Ballard and his assistant. They were so supportive and caring regarding my situation. I would choose to go there all over again if need be. HANDS DOWN, I absolutely recommend Knoxville Endo! The environment was clean. The atmosphere was pleasant. Dr. Ballard & his team were delightful. I arrived needing a dental procedure that was long overdue. The got me in FAST. *clapping* Everyone was professional, kind, confident, informative and caring. Doc made it painless!!
