Samantha was my first contact in the dental chair. Her patient attentiveness and general bedside manner is excellent for this career. She was able to calm me via simple conversation and my initial blood pressure at a dental office was the lowest it’s ever been. She explained every process before she did it and I knew just what to expect. She said she was a dental assistant but has the maturity and confidence that I thought she was the actual dentist. Everyone was nice and they did a very good job cleaning my teeth.
I’ve been dealing with excruciating tooth pain all weekend, so I was very thankful to get in to see the dentist this morning. Dental Hygienist Karen Williams, Dr. Kandala, and T were absolutely wonderful during my visit. I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist, but they each went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I truly can’t say enough good things about the care and kindness they showed.
Had 2 fillings done today. Ashley and Dr Patel were very good and let me know what they were doing during the procedure.
Simply the best!
