The staff are friendly, it was clean inside and the care was great!
I responded previously with positive feedback… I would like to add that I would have liked to have been shown the x-ray pictures of my teeth.
Courteous, accommodating, professional, efficient, provided services as needed.
Dr. Ed Howard is my favorite dentist. And who Likes to go to the dentist....I won't go anywhere else. The oral surgeon Dr. Curry is very patient and his dental tech nice, but my favorite girl is Ms Sarah, if she leaves i dont know what I will do And my hygienist Melissa is great! Joshua the new guy was very helpful with this review process, as Im not a technical person, Front desk staff are the best staff, they make me smile...Thank you, Lane!!!
Katie greeted me with a smile as I came in, and Ms. Sarah always makes my day with an update on her adorable young son, whom reminds me of my oldest nephew at Drew's age. Joshua helped me give this review from my cell. I especially enjoy the music piped into the office. Whomever chooses the venue has great taste! Especially, the Golden Oldies! Thank you again Dr. Ed and suppor staff, I wouldn't go anywhere else, unless I left NC.
I did a root canal and later got a new crown with Dr. Howard. They are expensive and didn't do a good job. Tooth still hurts. I will never go back to them again.
