Great experience
I've thought a lot about whether I should post this review as I dislike disparaging local businesses, but out of a growing sense of disappointment and wanting to inform others so they can make a more informed decision while choosing a dentist than I did, I've decided to post my experience with Lane Dentistry. I've been going to this office for years and don't dread going in like I have with other dentists in the past. Would highly recommend.
The staff made me feel welcome and treated me well. The best dental check up I've ever had!
I love this place!
They really blow up what needs to be done. Cost is crazy and most of the work they say is needed is way more than necessary. They inflate treatment for the $$$$. Also that send you all over the county to their other locations for treatment and where they send you has no idea why your in there location and what they are suppose to do.
Leanne the head assistant is a miserable person and stirs up so much drama does nothing but rolls her eyes at patients and belittles other assistants saying that she is the only capable assistant in the whole practice she said Tracey does nothing but leaves rooms dirty and asks for help she said herself Dr Lane himself makes sure each employee knows exactly how replaceable they are WOW what a place to work right nothing but a gossip fest
Meghan was friendly and great, as usual. I felt Dr. Zhou didn't have the best bedside manner or communicate with me very well today about a concern with my tooth. Another hygienist took over and told me she needed an X-ray to send to the insurance in order to get my crown approved. She said they would hear back from my insurance company in 2 weeks.
