First off I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks of when I called. Secondly Kumesha is AWSOME! She was very encouraging and walked me through the whole process. She explained what she was doing as she was doing it and why. She gave me heads up when she knew something may hurt a little. I could not have chosen a better dentist! Thank you Lanes & Assoc & Kumesha!

My experience with Lane & Associates Family Dentistry in Greensboro began with a phone call to receptionist “Crystal”. She was most pleasant and very informative resulting in me making an appointment for my broken tooth. When we arrived my wife and I came in contact with Crystal. She was most pleasant, efficient and very attractive. First visit was with “Dr. Scott Folsom” and he is outstanding. I have been coming to this office for many years now and although the people at the front desk have changed over the years they are very professional and friendly. Jennifer, my hygenist has become like family and I trust her completely and enjoy seeing her every 6 months.

I once put a poor review on this practice as a result of my misunderstanding of their procedures. That issue was quickly resolved. More recently, I have had an outstanding experience with Dr. Flinn and his staff. He referred me to an excellent oral surgeon next door who removed my remaining upper teeth. Dr. Flinn’s staff had already done the molds for upper dentures that were immediately put in with a perfect fit.
