One hour been waiting!! Is too much!! But if I come 15 minutes late they rescheduled. That's not good!!!
Lane and Associates’ Hamlet office has been great up until now. I have never not shown up for an appointment or canceled/rescheduled without an advanced notice. I was scheduled for a cavity filling at 9AM on 9/19. They tried calling to confirm but I was unable to answer at the time they called. By the time I called back, they had already closed at 2pm on Friday. At this point I had no choice but to leave a voicemail and use the online chatting service. Everyone was friendly but I got nothing done but xrays and a referral to another dentist 11/2 hours from my home.
